I had a highlights appointment with Briana. She was awesome. She took her time to understand my needs and then recommended the color that will be better than the one I chose. I went with it. It came out really good. She took her time washing the hair and massaging the scalp. It was so relaxing. At the end, she suggested some products since my hair are curly, but was not pushy at all. If I go the Gene Juarez in Redmond for hair, I will go with Briana again. Thanks Briana!!

The haircuts are good but not worth the price. But the best colorist in the business is at the Redmond Gene Juarez salon. Aelita is simply AMAZING! I have quite a bit of grey but nobody knows because Aelita makes my hair look naturally fabulous with yearly highlights and monthly all over color. If you need any kind of color service, ask for Aelita.

I love the stylists; I always get a great cut.The problem with this salon is the front desk staff. There is a high turnover and because of that they always seem to be new... they make too many mistakes with scheduling and there is too much of a disconnect between the assisting staff and the stylists.If you call the Gene Juarez number you do not speak directly to the salon, you talk to an impersonal syrupy call center staff person.

The staff at Gene Juarez did an amazing job with my color and cut in Redmond! Taylor was my colorist and she was very friendly, I loved chatting her up. I can't remember the girl's name who cut my hair but she did a great job, too. I love the wrap robe I got to wear during my appt, they hung up my jacket for me and offered up tea or water. At the beginning of summer, I got my hair fully foiled by one of there amazing employees (she has ombre hair), and it turned out so beautifully! there customer service is incredible. Will definitely be coming back to the Redmond Town Center's Gene Juarez!

I've been going for about 2 years now and I've never had a bad experience here. All the stylists are so polite and make sure that I completely understand what they are going to do with my hair before they start. I always leave feeling relaxed and satisfied with my hair.

Even with the high (sometimes incredibly high) prices I still continue to come to this salon because of their customer service. They always great you with a smile, their appointment makers are always great, I've never had a bad experience at the Redmond Salon. I've been to Bellevue and Seattle and it just doesn't feel the same. The redmond salon is a place I would take a friend to... I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I don't think that the price is reflected in the quality of service.
