I can't even put into words how wonderful PRESLEY is with hair color! I happen to meet her upon receiving a horrible color from another local salon. She met with me for a consultation, she was confident, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She created a plan to turn my black/purple/wine colored hair back to my natural ginger/red through a processing using a 'bleach bath'. My daughter has long, curly hair which is beautiful, but can be very unmanageable. She saw Kim today and is beyond excited. Her gorgeous hair now has the perfect haircut and framing for her face. Kim has been my stylist for years, and now my teen daughter is equally as happy with her new style, as I always am with my hair. Kim is so kind, professional, a wonderful person and hair stylist! If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thank you Kim! Courtney and I think you are the very best!!!

I am exceedingly picky and I have hair that is an absolute pain in the butt for most hairdressers. I had been going to the Tacoma location but the drive is too far. I saw Kim for the first time today and expressed all my apprehensions and frustrations with my hair. She was pleasant and understanding and she listened. Right down to the styling, I hate when they put a ton of hairspray in my hair so I can't really see how the cut is. She was bubbly and made just enough conversation without the time being awkward. I had an AMAZING european facial with holly. The staff was super sweet and the facilities were amazing. I was so relaxed and my skin was glowing when it ended! Highly recommend!

I had a massage here and Kyle is AWESOME!!! Highly recommend him :) Front desk girls and spa girls also extremely helpful and sweet. Erin was training in the spa and did an amazing job! Thanks yall for making me feel so special and beautiful!

I have been a regular at Gene Juarez Redmond for a couple of years now. I joined the spa membership program and use the standing appointment booking service for 3 different kinds of appointments--hair, waxing, and nails. Every time I arrive at GJ, I am warmly greeted by one of the lovely front desk associates who are managed by the awesome and oh-so-accommodating Jess.
