Mandy did an awesome job giving me long layers and doing a trim. My hair is really thick and heavy and she did great helping me lighten it and give me more definition. I 100% recommend going to Mandy and I'll definitely go back:)

I've been a client of Vivian's at Gene Juarez in Redmond for many years. She is a wonderful stylist, is always cheerful, remembers everything about my family and my activities and always gives me exactly what I want. I'm always getting compliments on her haircuts and recommend her if you're looking for a stylist that thinks of you as a person instead of a head of hair. Thanks, Vivian. You're the best. Can't wait for this lock down to be over. I sure need a haircut!

This review is specifically for Addison. I've been seeing him for 5+ years and he is the best of the best. I have really thick hair and have had very bad luck with other stylists (not at Gene Juarez) in the past. He's detail oriented and very sound technically.

Just a quick update, sadly Deidre is no longer with Gene Juarez. Fortunately Gene Juarez has such amazing colorist to choose from. They referred me to Taylor and I'm so happy they did. Taylor is amazing with blondes. As a blonde, I'm quite picky with color tones. Taylor always does the best job staying away from yellow and warm tones and getting me the color I LOVE. I leave the salon feeling so damn pretty. Thank you Taylor! Xx

Love this place and have been seeing Michael, my hair stylist, for more than 15 years. I also see Chaya for my partial foils. Both are superb...professional and friendly. I've always been treated well. I also book massages and spa visits...excellent staff. My daughter has been going now for a couple years and won't go anywhere else.

Was just in 2 weeks ago for corrective color. Colorist was very nice, recommended a stylist and I will be returning for cut next week and gloss. They are upscale, but not snobby, I felt totally welcome.

I am both impressed with Gene Juarez as a company and my stylists. Sadly, in August I had a "bad" (read: not to my liking) haircut. I let them know in September and they made the situation right. They put me with a hair designer that better fit my needs and they took care of the cost to make sure a long standing client like myself would be happy.
