I want to keep this review short and simple. I do love my haircuts here. I usually do my own hair color but I thought I would treat myself to a color treatment. I had a senior colorist. I didn't notice until I got in the car but I had dye left on my skin - on the forehead, side and neck. This was disappointing because I didn't expect that from a salon. I have long hair and it is always frustrating to me when I go in for a little trim and they take off 3+ inches. Blake did a fantastic job. She tidied up my hair and added some fantastic layers. I told her what look I was going for and she nailed it and got it even better looking that what I was envisioning. Thanks Blake!

BEST SPA IN TOWN! I love this place! Not only is it super centrally located but it doesn't have the snobby feel that most spas do. The front desk staff is BEYOND awesome, they always smile, remember my name, and are willing to go out of your way to make your stay comfortable! I get my nails done by Sarah every two weeks and she is the nicest, sweetest, most caring woman in that place. She is always ready with a smile and does a knock of job of my nails. I decided it was time to do something for myself and make a drastic change. I had easily 4-5 inches of hair cut off and I admit it took a day or two in order to get over the fact that I did it but now I absolutely LOVE what Corey did for my hair and I hope to see her again soon. She is a total sweetheart, professional and a great stylist. Thanks again Corey for giving me my long overdue mommy makeover!!

I've been a regular at Gene Juarez salons since I moved here summer of 2012. I wanted to write a review about my most recent visit. I saw Janine (hope I spelled that right) for a haircut. She was very friendly. I didn't feel rushed and she did exactly what I wanted. I appreciate that she asked me how I wanted my hair styled at the end since the other stylist I see there never does. I will not let anyone else but Vivienne and Chloe touch my hair!! Vivienne for cut and Chloe for color. Yes, a bit on the pricey side but comparable to any upscale salon here on the Eastside. I am always happy with the results...why would I go anywhere else?!?!

I recently have had several massages at this location with Trish. She's very professional, does a great job at making all those muscles loose. The pain in my shoulder is gone. I wish I could take her home!

I have been a regular for several years now. I usually stick to the hair services and admittedly am not particularly loyal. But my Balayage artist Avery has changed that. She is wonderful at her craft and my hair is better for it. Recently, I tried out the express facial with Brianne. Wow! My face feels glowy and soft. My breakouts cleared up so fast and at $50 for such a luxurious experience I will definitely be a repeat client.
