Really bad experience, even though I have been a super nice guy with this salon. I have been using this salon for the past 1 year, and I did have a few bad experiences. But today, was the last very bad experience, and the last one, because I will not use this salon anymore. 1) I had the same hair stylist for long time, but she works with this salon just a few days, and I had to try another hair stylist. We had an event Sunday at 10:30 so we made an appointment at 830 am. Gene Juarez called us at 7:45 am to cancel because they were too booked. Really? That's all the notice we get? Terrible service don't ruin your plans coming here.

I am writing this review not only based on the last experience today, based on the negative experience in my last 5-6 visit to Redmond Gene Juarez. Their quality of service is going down considerably. Today, we were going to be late, so I called 20 min ago, asking if it will be ok if are late for 10 min, the answer was up to 10 -15 min, we can still accommodate you. My second haircut with Corey was less than perfect, and the third one was awful! It was if she didn't listen to a thing I said! I will not be returning . Well. I did return, my bad! Another less than perfect cut. This time I got lucky. I arrived fifteen minutes early, even though she is always running late, after ten minutes someone came to tell me that my appointment was a half an hour earlier! BRIDAL NIGHTMARE! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was recently convinced I needed to share this story I'll try to keep it as short as possible: I had gotten an updo previously at the Bellevue Gene Juarez that was just like what I wanted the day of my elopement ceremony and pretty simple. 0 stars! I scheduled an appointment at 1030 they told me to be there by 1015. I got there at 1015 and they told me I was late and would only get s partial massage. At $102 for a 45 minute massage I said forget it then and walked out. I have been a loyal customer since 1998. They lost me as a customer. I will not recommend them nor use them again. Poor customer service.

I scheduled an appointment 6 weeks ago for my wife and I to get a massage. While we were driving to our appointment we received a call they were cancelling the appointment on us. Our time is extremely valuable hence why we schedule our appointments far in advance. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience except excuses therefore we will not be going back to this business. They just lost customers.

i've been there before and usually they are pretty good but today i went to a woman named jeneane who was awful. i asked to her to cut the dead ends off my hair and then give the hair volume with layers. i showed her where to cut the hair to and she cut it about 1-2 inches shorter than i wanted!! she then proceeded to add volume cream to my hair instead of adding layers to give it volume. it was terrible and i will never go back there

Incompetent front desk/call center staff. Confusion in scheduling appointments. Scheduled a week ahead and re-confirmed on the day and the record of appt was missing on the day of appt.
