While I've always received amazing services from all the designers and colorists at GJ, I wish that they have better service after you checked in for your appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 4:45, by 5:05 I was still waiting. The front desk is just a few steps away from the waiting area. Left waiting 25 minutes prior to service. This place has really gone downhill in service. When I asked reception to check on my person, he said, "don't worry, she has plenty of time...". No concern for this customer's time.

I'm sure the agent just wanted to assure you that your service would still be provided and they should have been asking if you were going to be able to stay and have the service because we were running so late. I knew she was not cutting my hair as short as I asked but I decided to go with it, that she may have a better eye for style than me. WRONG! The style was just as unflattering as when I arrived just a little shorter. I tried a flat iron, electric curlers,styling gel. Nothing made the cut look like anything other than an unattractive Bob. When I finally decided to stand up for myself I was informed I was past the 72 hour deadline for requesting a recut. After discussion with the regional manager I'm still very unsatisfied. They only refunded me a product I purchased to keep my hair from being fried and a fee for the inconvenience of driving far two times to have them fix it. Except now I still have to walk around with a bad hair job till my next hair appointment since their top stylist couldn't properly fix it at the second appointment honestly I just want my money back it's ridiculous they think giving me 40$ back is fixing it.

Worst place ever.No value for customers and descrimination too.Bad managers too.they kept me waitiing with noone to check me in .the colourist Chloe was still talkibg to the previous customer infront of me.After checking with her waiting for her to be done with talking they said tgey cannot tske mr becuase I am late!! Really bad attitude even to their repetitive customers,so disappointed..

Management: AWFUL...Colleen is the epitome of worst management in the Salon business. I was seeking professional service, and results and I received neither. First there was Kim A., probably mentored by Collen, did nothing and was never available at the Salon. I won't waste my time talking about the phones, 5-15 min. By far one of the worst salons I've been too. I come to get a nice relaxing hair cut and every time the stylists goes on and on about irrelevant shit that no ones cares about. This makes it one super frustrating and extremely hard for me to concrete on her actually cutting my hair. Every time I've left I've had one layer on top of my hair as if I just put a wig on top. Horrible. I would give negative stars if I could. I called to make an appointment for hair donation. The lady who answered told me it would be $64. I said it was for hair donation and I was under the impression it would be free. She checked with someone and came back with yes, I was correct, it would be free. I went to the appointment, the hair donation was done, went to the checkout and was told $64. I told them no, I specifically checked and it was confirmed that it would be free. I've been going here for over a decade. I've been coming for balayage and hair cuts. Occasionally brow wax and massage. The biggest problem I have is with the front desk management. My recent appointment: 2 days prior GJ called to confirm a 1045 appointment. I showed up at that time only to be told my appointment was moved to 1130, without telling me.
