don't go to redmond gene juarez for keratin treatment. it is waste of money. especially the manager (cait espe) will ignore you if you are not satisfied.!!! totally unprofessional
My review is based on the average of three appointments - 2 of which should get a single star, the other that should get a 4. I think it averages out to about 2 stars? First, the good. I love that the salon almost always has openings, as I'm terrible about scheduling appointments more than a couple days out. I booked for a haircut, and got a great one.
