I brought a picture of the hair I wanted, the cut I got was not even similar. Not sure she even looked that hard, I think she was in a hurry to get more customers in. I don't care about tea or about robes and a fancy atmosphere, I wanted a great haircut and what I got you can get for 20 dollars at Supercuts every time.
don't go to redmond gene juarez for keratin treatment. it is waste of money. especially the manager (cait espe) will ignore you if you are not satisfied.!!! totally unprofessional
