I really don't like doing reviews and if I do it's because I typically have a bad experience unfortunately. I went in today 10 mins early for my appointment at 10am. I made appointments online for October 2nd 1:30 for manicure and pedicure. when I get ther the guy who check everyone checked me in on the tablet, after waiting for a while when he come to call another customer I ask him about my appointment and he said she is running let so I said okay and wated for another 15 minit and ask him again he said she is not running let she didnt see that you were checked in or they dont have a room for you. I've been to your business for a massage and nails before and after witnessing how your staff treated this poor mowen a few weeks ago let me to belive you don't treat all your customers equally and fairly. I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago only to arrive and find out that my appointment didn't exist. I was treated poorly by the manager, Diane. Diane treated me as though I had just walked in off of the street and lied about having a color and cut appointment. Diane shooed me away and said she would call me back. Went in to purchase a gift certificate (it was a decent amount to) and I just felt like I was an inconvenience. The whole time I just felt like the person helping me was annoyed by me for some reason. Annoyed she had to do her job.... The 3 people I encountered during my visit just weren't very welcoming. Would defiantly not go back.

If you think I am going to spend $85.00 for a haircut and not get a wash and/or Blowdry you are CRAZY!!! That will spread Covid real fast!!! Dirty hair and germs in hair. Come on Gene! You must have all been drinking the wine you had left in stock when you came up with these rules. No blaming this one on Inslee! You higher ups need to figure your upscale and what use to be a higher end business out!
I have tried going to this salon several times over the past year and a half and almost every time there is some sort of "mix up" with an appointment. To start off my colorist was and is not good with kinky hair, only visit if you are a woman with fine hair as this is all they know how to manage. I have been rushed in appointments hair dye left on ears pieces un dyed just unprofessional, but what else to expect from Southcenter. By far the worst experience me and my daughter have ever had! My daughter turned 11 so on the 21st of December we had a walk in at gene Juarez salon at south center. We asked for a Jennifer Aniston haircut and instead she Gave my daughter a bob. What's worse is that at first she tried to give my daughter a cheap haircut with just some layers on the side and keep it long.
