Arianna is my official girl! I have thick, frizzy, curly hair. She's the only one that can manage it perfectly, and my hair looks great no matter how I style it...if I let it go curly, or straighten it, or do beach waves, it is beautiful! The staff is super friendly and they always get me in right on time. The salon is beautifully decorated and it's very clean. I've been to other stylists at this location, as well as other locations, and I always come back with a great style. (although Arianna is my favorite.)

The waiting area is extremely comfortable. Good seats, good television, and great coffee. The actual salon itself seemed strong - pretty people getting prettier. Though I didn't have anything done myself, I waited for a friend and he came out looking better than he went in.

I have long and thick hair and it is my GLORY!!! So I don't just trust anyone with it. I heard about Sarah and thought I would give her a try. The appt set up process was easy and I loved that they give you how much it will cost up front. Sometimes I dread what I am going to hear when I walk away from my stylist chair at the register, so I liked that they told me up front. SARAH IS AWESOME!!! Finally, I have found my go-to hair salon. My hair is really thick, but I love my length. Zetta did an amazing job with thinning my hair. She was meticulous and it definitely showed. Wash, cut, thinning, framing, layers, bangs, and style was all done in an hour and was $50.

I have been going to the Southcenter location for well over 15 years. When they were on the other side of the mall by Jcpenny. I have usually like my services that I recieve there and have gone to everyone from Peter (who is amazing) to Larissa, Chelsea, sarah and more! I have only had one bad experience which was with a colorist. It was more her nasty attitude tahn the service. It wasnt until I was serviced by Mandy that I fell in love! Mandy is amazing! It's like Nordstrom, you're going to pay a lot but you're going to come out looking great. And they are always so nice and accommodating. Watch out for serious book ups around the Christmas season. Must be hard to find a quality cut/ color in the area.

I'm a out of towner and needed a haircut. Got my mop trimmed for $50 bucks. Ouch! My hair was short to begin with. I should have asked how much before sitting in chair. Overall, the place is nice and clean. The staff is full of smiles (maybe it's the dollars sign they see when you walk in). Not sure if I would come back for some $50 trim. Wait, that doesn't sound right. Or does it?

Chelsea is fantastic!!! I've been seeing her for my full highlights for over a year now. I have recently moved to the Midwest and still try and get my hair done each time I am back in WA. She is fantastic and is spot on each time with my color. I have naturally really dark brown hair and it is blonde as the sun when I leave. If you want some awesome color, go see Chelsea!

I love this place. I live in puyallup, and there is a gene juarez salon located in south hill mall puyallup, but i would drive all the way to southcenter just to get my color or haircut. I always get my color here at southcenter with Jess. She is the BEST! She understand so well of my hair, and she is really easy to work with. I will always get my color done by her. I wont trust anyone else (been to gene juarez with so many different colorists).
