Stopped by for a basic service on my F150 and a gentleman by the name of Eddie Sauceda helped me out in a time when I really needed it. I have known This gentleman for years and he is always honest and the extra miles out here to get his service is worth the drive. I even throw him something extra, because This man isn't getting paid enough for his service to the community. It is nice knowing I have someone I can really trust. We have been customers of Grapevine Ford since 2003. We own 3 Ford vehicles and have been extremely satisfied with the service department. We have worked almost exclusively with Daren Hayden for at least 8 years. He has always gone above and beyond and is very honest and trustworthy, which can be difficult to find these days. We would highly recommend Grapevine Ford and Daren for any service needs.

I stopped in recently and I had the nicest gentleman help me out. He answered all of my questions and actually LISTENED to me. Being a woman it's not fun dealing with car problems and this guy was honest which is hard to find. Thank you Cody Collins for helping me out. Grapevine ford I'll be back because of this gentleman. A++

I have been coming to Grapevine Ford for several years. I had a few issues at first. Someone forgot to bring the keys to the customer service rep so I sat most of the day and at closing time I asked if it was ready. I was then told the car had been finished hours prior. A couple other incidents happened and I had pretty much given up. Along came Lauren, she is so nice, recognizes me every time I come in and helps get me in and out the door and has rebuilt a trust I had lost.

Went in for an oil change on my wife's 2015 Ford Edge. Alfredo checked us in. He was polite and thorough. We went to lunch and when we returned her car was washed and ready! I ended up getting my 2015 F250 oil change as well. Thank you Alfredo for your help!

Jason and Blane were terrific to work with and got me a better deal than I expected. Will be back in 24 months to get my new Raptor. Definitely recommend!!!

If all Truck sales were this great, it would be wonderful. I was treated as a person, with respect and my needs were always listened too and met. (Truck and Finance) My sales rep Audrey was simply the BEST. Finance was simple, quick and easy. I was given a complete tour of the dealership, my vehicle and my first service has already been scheduled. Even have a date for a class coming up to learn all the features of my Sync system. I recommend them highly.

I purchased my car last week and had a great experience with the salesman--he was fantastic and very helpful. However, my experience with the service center has been disappointing. The check engine light came on just a few days after purchasing the vehicle. I brought the car in to be checked, but the light had turned off by the time I arrived. If I could give them negative stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I've dropped my car off three times and all 3 times it has been held for almost a week. I would call on day 5 and ask the status and I was told "the part for you recall hasn't been delivered yet". Then why would you allow me to make an appointment and why would you not tell me this before I drop my car off?
