If i could give a zero i would. We leased a brand new navigator l with you and brought it back for service and you lost a client. I had to make an appointment and wait 4 weeks for my service date. While on my way 20 minutes before my drop off time received a call the loaner wasn’t available but would e the next day. What an amazing experience! Sandy went above and beyond, answering every question with the patience of a saint. Trahn in finance was another dream come true. Both of them worked with us late into the night until every detail was perfect. We could not be more satisfied with their customer service or our new Navigator. Thank you!

I was able to have a new battery and new filter installed in under 2 hours. While I waited we ate breakfast at the Mustang Cafe. Delicious breakfast burrito!. The restrooms were very clean as well and they have complimentary Starbucks coffee! Wow!.. I will definitely get my car serviced at this location again. Service with a smile! 🙂
Would not recommend. Took car in drove 1 1/2 hours because had a great experience when I purchased. Had bought an extended warranty. Jackson said it would not cover my problem. Went to pick it up. My son-in-law went with me. He asked to talk to finance manager. He checked and everything was covered even a rental. Jackson said I owed $225.00 for them checking it out.
