This was my first time at your dealership for service while my boyfriend bought two new cars from Grapevine Ford recently. I came in to quick lane after having a horrible three hour oil change experience at a Kwik Kar where they damaged my Raptor and couldn't figure out how to reassemble the skid plates. We are traveling across the country and had an issue with the computer of our Ford F350 saying our trailer was connected then not connected, on and off. Grapevine Ford was the only Ford dealership in the area that would give me a next day appointment. David Sanchez was my advisor once I arrived. Four stars only due to the long wait but what can be expected at an oil change/tire rotation/top off on fluids. Reasonably priced for the assurance. Actually came over because westway Ford was not working out!!between long wait time and service rep not picking up a telephone to tell me how long wait time was after giving me his cell to avoid a long wait... suffice it to say I came in the morning and greeted warmly and serviced promptly. Good stuff people

Had to go back with my 2015 F350 after dropping $3100+ for fuel level sending unit (in tank) and fuel pump because it was leaking diesel after I filled up. After they had it 15 days, they finally found that there were a couple bolts on the sending unit that didn't get tightened. The good news is they stood behind their work and it was a no cost fix to me. The better news is, my service agent Andrew Sha**on is very, very good at his job and I'd go back again if I ever have to. Grapevine Ford......don't lose this guy!

Absolutely amazing thus far. I've been here three times for service and the last time I had more than three people ask if I had been helped . Superb service. Complimentary Coffee and great little cafe with the best breakfast burritos! Thanks Tyler

Made an appointment a week before going for 7 am to have recall work done ,told them on the call I would be waiting. When I got there they told me it could be hours before they even take it in to start working on it, ( what was the point of the reservation ) Very disappointed. I will update as the day goes on. The repair rep did take into account I made a reservation and was waiting and my car was ready by 10 am. I am pleased with how my situation was handled and thanked the rep.

I love my Mustang but have had some issues with it... Jason at Grapevine Ford has been the best service advisor. He keeps me updated on any work and is responsive to my questions. Thanks you Jason.
