This was the worst home improvement experience I've ever had in my life. After getting through 8 month of permit issue with my pool, they finally came out and did the job. I was excited until the inspector noted the door was the proper size. I spent the next 8 months trying to get them to come back out and fix it. This week they did, but they sent a single guy out to handle the install and the quality of work is what you would expect if you were putting it up yourself. Now I'm taking more pics to send to have it addressed. T... read more

Were disappointed to hear that your experience has fallen short of expectations, particularly after such a lengthy process. We understand how frustrating it is to have concerns remain after additional work has been completed. Your feedback regarding the workmanship and overall experience is important to us and will be taken seriously. We also appreciate you recognizing Chastity and the support she has provided throughout your project.-The Great Day Improvements Team
Worst experience and company ever. They lied about when they would install sunroom, rescheduled twice, didnt send electrical person to do install for AC unit. When subcontractors got here the glass was already cracked so they put in wood. Caulk and paint is messing. They never keep their word and installation managers arent good. ************* sold us the contract and then pushed us off on *********** office. **************** is good till you sign contract. Dont use them. All bad reviews say the same thing and we have seen i... read more

We understand how disappointing it is when the current state of your project doesnt reflect the finished space you were expecting. Two of the units required adjustments, and replacement glass has been ordered with an expected arrival in approximately two weeks. We have also submitted a report for the three glass units affected by manufacturing damage, which are currently expected to arrive by September 3. We appreciate your patience while these remaining items are addressed and the project is brought closer to the finished r... read more
RIP OFF! Ive been trying to get leaks in my patio enclosure fixed since 8 months after install. They sent people out multiple times but all they did was put caulk on screws. This has been going on for two years now and my house is getting more damage because of the water intrusion. The last crew looked at it and said it was installed improperly and there isnt enough slope for proper drainage. I paid $900 to have the correct size rain gutters to be installed to help with the flow. Still have a bucket brigade every time it rai... read more

We're sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied with your experience. We understand how frustrating ongoing water intrusion has been, and we want to clarify that we have continued working with you throughout this process. Our team was on site again in June to inspect the enclosure and discuss potential solutions. During that visit, we observed that a black coating had been applied to the roof panels after installation, which may be affecting the system's performance in the extreme heat. We also proposed modifying the roof to inc... read more
NIGHTMARE experience. My 6-8 week project took 8.5 months! Patio Enclosures made so many errors: incorrect measurements, missing materials, forgetting to order a door, withdrawing money at the wrong time... I could go on and on. They hardly ever communicated anything to me unless I called them first. The employees were clueless! At one point they had lost my materials because an office closed! They promised to give me financial reimbursement, but of course, now that it's done, they just ghost me. I would NEVER, EVER recommen... read more

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you're frustrated. The delays, repeated errors, lack of communication, and concerns you've described are not the level of service we strive to provide. Your feedback is being taken seriously and has been shared with management for review. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and regret that your experience did not reflect the standards we aim to deliver.-The Great Day Improvements Team
Horrible. Run, do not walk away from these people. They messed up the design, the permit, the installation and now the repair of my enclosed screened patio. After everything went wrong, they wouldnt call me back. They finally just started sending people to my house with no warning. I wasnt home half the time, but they came around back and did what they felt they needed to do which wasnt correct. My roof leaks. They have been out to fix it twice. It still leaks. They said theyre coming back a third time, but no one will tell ... read more

We're sorry your experience has been so frustrating. We understand how discouraging it has been to deal with ongoing concerns, particularly the roof leak and communication issues. Our service team was on site yesterday to address the leak, and we are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure the repair resolves the issue. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and remain committed to seeing it through until everything is performing as intended. Thank you.- The Great Day Improvements Team
We contacted Patio Enclosures (Great Day Improvements LLC) to design and build a solarium attached to the back of our home. The salesperson quoted a 10-12week timeline. We provided a $33,000 deposit. They came out and promptly took measurements. Then about a month later said that everything had been submitted for the permit.Then.....nothing, no communications. As the 10 week period came and went I started asking what was going on. It took several attempts of contacting them before they responded. In the meantime I checked wit... read more

We understand your frustration and regret that this project did not move forward as originally anticipated. After further review, it was determined that we would not be able to complete the project within an acceptable timeframe. Rather than continue to delay your project, we made the decision to cancel the contract and issue a full refund of your deposit. While we recognize this was disappointing, we believed it was the most appropriate course of action given the circumstances. We apologize that your experience did not meet... read more
Horrible they don’t stand behind their product. I spent 49k for a sunroom that has a supposed lifetime warranty. A door has malfunctioned and they want to charge $260 for a service call without even knowing why the door won’t close. They are a nightmare; had licensing issues when I first had the sunroom built. I WOULD Not not them build a dog house. They are horrible to work with.
Business response:
We sincerely apologize for your experience not being what we would hope for. We understand it can be frustrating to learn that a service call would cost additional but as stated in the contract you signed, there are costs that are accumulated during service that are not covered under warranty. For 2 years after installation there is no charge for labor/service fee. After 2 years a service call fee is applicable. We apologize for any confusion. Thank you.- The Great Day Improvements Team
Sent a complaint into consumer affairs replied will be fixed in May. Have not heard a word. I called several times and get the same answer we are doing the schedule. I have my patio since February and I have had no repair or communication. My screened patio the bugs and worms are getting in underneath. The wood they used is rotting. Gutter leaks and the sides the cement looks so bad. Some of the screens already have small holes. I dont know how they stay in business. Total rip off and liars. Total waste of money.
Paid Cash money January 2026. As of May 21, 2026, Ive had 2 install dates to no avail. They keep giving my excuse after excuse when I specifically said in January, I need this project completed by 6 Jun 2026. No one will contact you and they dont answer phone. I have left several messages. Its like the stole my money and no accountability to do my patio enclosure. Ive even asked for the return of my money (cash). Looks like Im going to have to take them to court!
Business response:
