We contracted with them 6/2021 for 3 windows, and had them installed 10/2021. 1 window arrived 4 inches smaller than measured, 1 window had molding sticking out and not adhered to window, all security tabs were backwards, no screens fit properly (we used putty to keep them from rattling),, ***** formed on inside of windows. From first winter, we put up plastic on inside of all windows to keep cold out. Cold air continued to come in windows. Tried contacting offices several times. ***-contracted out to another company, called about concerns about missing support beams the sun- contractor had to buy, didnt come with the other manufactured parts, was told that was normal and if I had other questions to call corporate. Had I known it was going to be sun-contracted out, I would have found someone else for a cheaper price

Horrible, horrible people! Would NOT recommend them! Their work is not that good, we even (8+years later) STILL have a warranty roof leek that they cannot seem to fix, BUT, after all this time they have graciously decided to charge us for services call THAT THEY CANNOT FIX!! Too many other problems with them too! Stay away! I would give one star but his website will not allow me.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The job was sloppy, incompetent and overpriced. I have had them out three times now to fix issues and today they broke my glass panel. Now I have to have yet another appointment and I am concerned something else will happen. I have been offered no discount, no refund, no apology, nothing. I have had appointments scheduled and no one showed up, I have had appointments scheduled and canceled at the last minute.

We bought four windows 9-30-09 with a lifetime warranty from Stanek Windows . We noticed recently. all four windows have a black rubbery substance between the inside glass of the windows, around the edges . I called 7-9-24 to ask what is causing this problem and to have someone to come and look at them. The lady I talked to said that it was a cosmetic problem and the only thing she could do is send me a quote for replacement windows. I would never want to buy another window from them. Patio has many flaws and they will not return our calls. The product was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Now doors will not lock , screen came off, and water leaks.

Product is not good. Installed 2 weeks ago. Window is falling apart. Called our design consultant and sent picture to him. ************************* said he forwarded it to his 3 managers. We also called their ************** and had to leave message. We have not heard from the company still. 2 days and still waiting for someone to call us back on how they are going to fix the window that is apparently breaking 2 weeks after the install. Do not use this company. No follow up or follow through.

First I would like to say we do love our patio enclosure, but feel like it was way overpriced. Sitting in the 18x12 room I look back and feel we were overcharged by several thousand dollars on what we had done. The salesman comes in and I know he is doing is job but feel we were pressured to make a decision on the spot or we wouldn't get the additional thousand dollars off.
