Found out that Great Day Improvements owns Champion Windows... I worked with Great Day Improvements on a quote for a project under their Patio Enclosures umbrella. They were 1 of 5 quotes I received for my project. They were the only company to send a pushy salesman to my home, rather than an experienced contractor, and their quote came in at more than $100,000 over the other quotes we'd received. The local company is horrible at customer service 10 months later and I am still trying to get items fixed. During construction my house was flooded and still waiting on proper repairs of paint and ceiling. Still need doors and windows fixed. Company is horrible at warranty items

I had a pool enclosure installed and ran into an issue with payment because of my insurance company and had the claim go into litigation. I was very transparent with my contractor who subcontracted the enclosure to Great day which was also informed of the situation. They still put a lien on my house and then after I paid them it took them 4 months to release the lien. They never provided me with any paperwork about my warranty or anything. I had an $18k patio enclosure built. I've had several issues and always have a very difficult time getting someone on the phone to make a service call. I recently had a panel become exposed which shouldn't have happened and finally had someone come out. We noticed other issues which may explain the leaks I started recently experiencing. Poor communication with customer and apparently suppliers. Parts ordered, arrive with incorrect measurements. Customer is unaware until days before install, and project gets stalled for several more weeks. Contract was signed in February 2025 an in late June 2025, project is not complete.

I have been waiting for 13 months for Patio Enclosures to START the job at my house. It is one rationale after the other. They state it is engineering or permits, architectural modifications, etc. A mall could have been built by now. Plus, the communication on what is happening is awful. So disappointed in this company. We have leaks from the get go. I had to call many times to get a response. It took several weeks for them to come back out to fix the leaks. However the worker left saying not to check for leaks for a few days because he used cement in one area. A few days later we checked for leaks and we still have leaks. Also, two of our screens were creased. There is no product management checking before sending out or the guys that build it are not careful. Im disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. Subcontracted installers showed without notification. I made them come back with notification first. Install 6 March 2025. Contractors spoke NO English, there was no interpreter. Knowingly installed window with broken seal, two torn screens and installed the door improperly, made numerous holes for the pneumatic door closer.
