We contacted Patio Enclosures (Great Day Improvements LLC) to design and build a solarium attached to the back of our home. The salesperson quoted a 10-12week timeline.We provided a $33,000 deposit. They came out and promptly took measurements. Then about a month later said that everything had been submitted for the permit.Then.....nothing, no communications. Horrible they don’t stand behind their product. I spent 49k for a sunroom that has a supposed lifetime warranty. A door has malfunctioned and they want to charge $260 for a service call without even knowing why the door won’t close. They are a nightmare; had licensing issues when I first had the sunroom built. I WOULD Not not them build a dog house. They are horrible to work with.

We understand it can be frustrating to learn that a service call would cost additional but as stated in the contract you signed, there are costs that are accumulated during service that are not covered under warranty. Sent a complaint into consumer affairs replied will be fixed in May. Have not heard a word. I called several times and get the same answer we are doing the schedule. I have my patio since February and I have had no repair or communication. My screened patio the bugs and worms are getting in underneath. The wood they used is rotting. Gutter leaks and the sides the cement looks so bad. Some of the screens already have small holes. I dont know how they stay in business. Total rip off and liars. Total waste of money.
Paid Cash money January 2026. As of May 21, 2026, Ive had 2 install dates to no avail. They keep giving my excuse after excuse when I specifically said in January, I need this project completed by 6 Jun 2026. No one will contact you and they dont answer phone. I have left several messages. Its like the stole my money and no accountability to do my patio enclosure. Ive even asked for the return of my money (cash). Looks like Im going to have to take them to court!

DO NOT USE! If I could give negative starts I would. This company took advantage of my ailing mother who agreed to the outlandish cost of the sunroom and passed away before she could even see it complete. After completing, the doors and screens were never installed properly. Very cheap and janky and needed to be fixed. After endless emails and calls, with no one answering or calling back from messages, I was beyond my wits end. In 2006, we had all of our windows replaced with Stanek Windows, installed by the Stanek ********** They also put aluminum trim around the windows on the outside. They gave us a lifetime warranty. I emailed Stanek Windows in *************** **. recently, asking if the aluminum trim also has a lifetime warranty, because the white paint is peeling off one window on the south side of the house, I also sent 2 photos. One of the reasons we had Great Day Improvements install Stanek windows in our attic was because we were told that the window model they were going to install qualified for a home improvement/energy efficiency tax credit. When I followed up on this claim with my tax preparer I learned that this was a lie, that in fact, the model windows they sold us DID NOT qualify for a home improvement tax credit. They plain lied to me - I will never again do business with Great Day Improvements - I don't do business with liars.
