I dealt with the company on 7/14. The design consultant was very kind and very accomodating to our various questions (he no longer works here anymore, go figure). When the enclosed patio was installed, parts had arrived damaged (torn window screens, denting, window frame out of tolerance so the window was unable to slide open), and our design consultant had failed to make note of a cutout we wanted for our standing air conditioner unit. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, the sales guy once he had contact signed **** would not answer calls or reply to email. It took forever to get job done. The guy in charge of install didn't know what he was doing. The roof leaked for several what they called fixed. It was not installed as quoted. It is almost impossible to talk to anyone from the ******* office as they will not answer the phone. Overall VERY poor company to work with. Probably the worst I have ever dealt with.

Worker and Buyer Beware!!!!.......they give you the runaround about your project and have to send out at least 3 different contractors to even get the job right...Workers, they wont pay you your check and will retaliate when you try to get your pay. The office people only care about themselves and not the people who work for them like they dont have bills to pay so please save yourself the money and headache of dealing with this company and go to a company that actually treats people equally
Buyer Beware. Make sure any issue with installed product is fully addressed within the year following installation or any follow up service charge is exorbitant. Late July 2025, we had an issue with water leaking into our Patio Enclosure thru the frame around the door window. We called the service department and was told a service call was $450. I asked what they would do for $450 because I also had 2 screens on that same side of the enclosure that I have never been able to remove although mentioning it to various Great ****... read more
I contacted Great day improvements after the screen door not working properly after two months of the installation. I have been addressing the complaint thru emails with no response. Calls to the *** does not get returned. Very frustrated on the customer support service.

No follow thru from any personel. My project for the most part was done at the end of Sept. 2025 after being promised completion of July. Great day was trying to collect the last $6k, i was holding off to be sure the roof did not leak. My concern was due to them sealing the roof in the rain. Great day and their patio enclosures is a corrupt business. They do not stand behind their products warranty. Tried for over one year to get a repair for their stanek sliding glass door (lifetime warranty). They never answer the phone and never call back. ***** this business at all cost!

We signed a contract on 8.16.2025 and what we were promised first of all is not what our warranty states and they put us in a loan and we have nothing to show for it and they will not return our call.
