We had a great experience from start to finish. Our initial consultation with **** ******** was what sold us on their product. He was very patient and took his time to give us all the options to fit into our budget. Jorge and the whole construction crew was great. They were out working during the terrible winter weather we had this year with over 2 feet of snow on the ground and then the brutal cold temps. We could not be happier with the finished product and it more then met our expectations.

Met with D*** ** from the KC sales office yesterday, he did an outstanding job explaining the patio enclosure we were interested in purchasing and he was also extremely thorough and detailed when it came to completing the statement of work. I lucked out with the Design Consultant who was selected to meet with me. He was knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and later, forwarded supportive documentation and pictures per my request. The meeting was actually surprisingly fun and went quickly. Do Not Use Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements. We signed a contract for a simple sunroom in Jan 2026. We are now in September and the job is not finished. We are still missing a door, the handles and trim are falling off, and the customer service is atrocious. ******** (***) from the Pittsburgh office was rude, arrogant, and keep hiding behind the contract. I cannot, in good faith, give Great Day Improvements 5 stars. It has officially been over 120 days since our patio enclosure was installed. We had it installed 04/20/2026. A window couldnt open (very large window) and was finally replaced 06/06/2026. That fact that a large window couldnt open, was a total waste. Well the handle was placed incorrectly, and the window couldnt close without hitting the screen latch. They said it would be fixed quickly. Buyer Beware - Great Day Improvements DBA Champion Window - Since the day my windows were installed, I have not been satisfied. I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction with the windows while they were installing the windows. The windows are too small. Our original windows had a 2-inch frame around the windows on the exterior. The new windows have a 4-inch frame around the exterior of the window.
