Signed a contract the end of September. Told an inspector would be out within a week or so. Told the patio enclosed room would be completed by the beginning of December. The secretary has set up meetings for this inspection and when Ive called to confirm the day or two ahead she then stated he couldnt make it this has happened twice. Then rescheduling was another couple of weeks out. Yesterday was another appointment and whenever I called during the week I was put on music. No one answered. We signed a contract to have our Patio enclosed with Patio Enclosures/ Great Day Improvements in on March 16th 2023. We finally got a completion on the project in September 2023 however, since completion we have reported leaks. They have been paid the full amount for the installation but now are ignoring or requests for fixing the leaks. The communication with this company has been terrible as they do not return calls or emails thru the entire process. Many delays and excuses when you can get someone to contact you. Beware. We had a very good experience with Stanek Windows many years ago in a previous house so decided to use the company that purchased them, Great Day Improvements. The windows and doors we had installed in February had some product and installation problems that we noticed and informed them of on the day they were put in. We are now several months away from that day and still have not had the problems fully fixed. Calls go unanswered, voicemails and emails dont get returned. I signed a contract 8 weeks ago and still dont have an install date. They shouldnt start finance payments until the job is complete. Its frustrating paying for a job thats not done.

This is quite possible the worst communicating company on the planet. Give them your $$$ and they no longer exist. Good luck and be forewarned!! Negative 5 stars. My project still sits unfinished well after six months. They will not show up nor will they return call.

We were really impressed with everything until it was time to actually build. Phase one: getting plans and approval from the Town went well. Getting the inspections went a little slower but ok. Once the materials were ordered we starting paying on the financing for the first phase. Phase two: Materials were then delivered and are sitting in our garage where they have been sitting untouched for at least 6 weeks. Excellent product, but very poor experience with the miss measuring of our space. Therefore we had to wait months for re-fabrication and yet finance company was already taking their monthly payments. We were promised a discount for our trouble of having to wait over a month past the estimated install date to have our Patio Enclosures completed, however, now no one will return our calls for the promised discount. I can't find my previous review, so here's a new one. ****'s attempted to address a couple remaining issues I had, but Great Day was not interested. No one contacted me or even returned my phone calls. We signed a contract in May of 2022. This was supposed to take about three weeks. So, the project started off with a bang, and then it dragged on and on and on--an hour one day, then maybe a few days, and then a couple hours. Tools and materials littered the ground for weeks. They were HORRENDOUS! Very bad communication. No one from upper management would respond to our emails. Our project took 7 months to complete. Which is ridiculous!! We asked for some type of compensation and they totally REFUSED and don't give a ****! We wish now that we would of never had this project done by Great Day!
