I was super excited to work with patio enclosures, however after they added $8k to original bid for my project, I decided to cancel my project. I am still waiting on my $11k initial deposit. Now no one in the office is responding to refund request. I have completed all needed forms and still waiting on getting my money. This is poor customer service and would not recommend this company at all, since they all care about is sales - which they cant even get that right.

I am very disappointed in Great Day Improvements. I had them come out to my home and give me a quote on doing a deck and screened in pouch for me. Then set up for them to do the project for me. They came out one other time to do a remeasure and then they asked for a plot plan so they could get the permits and after I sent in the plot plan they told me that the city would not take them. Would not recommend this group. Didn't show up on the date of install and I had to reach out and the next day get an email they would be there the following date. (For the money we pay wouldn't you think a call would have been nice) of course that day came and went. When they did show up, they worked maybe a total of 6 hours between both days to tell me it didn't fit and would have to reorder. They left metal shaving all over our driveway and patio which caused issues with our dogs and cats getting them in their paws. Never ... read more

A good product suffered the inconsistencies of teams, management, and employee turnover during the pandemic. At times there was variable quality control and supply chain issues across the timeline (it took 1.5 years to accomplish). In the end the completed product was acceptable, and the office staff followed through with a small refund.

We signed the contract 3 months ago, but they are still in the *** process and did some measurement twice any progress. Very disappointed.

I have spent over $70,000 and they sill haven't finished. We started the process and signed the contracts in April/ May, 2022. They started our deck/ 3 season room, in September, 2022. It's now March, 2023. Recently, they sent me a letter, threatening collection of the final 10%! And they haven't even finished the project.
