Warranty repair took over 5months to complete. There's a lack of communication between the departments. Had multiple visits from repairmen, supervisors before they finally repaired the listed original warranty items from 5+ Months ago. When I pointed out an issue with the re-screen. Repairman disagreed and said "I'm not going to worry about it" and turned away. Supervisors were nice when they came to visit and take pictures, but the whole process is too slow and inefficient.

The patio enclosure product is good, the process and customer service is horrifying. We had to put a hold on payments due to project management incompetence. Providing final payment involved some administrative and bureaucratic challenges, as an added gift some random administrator named ***** started sending threatening emails based on totally inaccurate information.

Horrible Horrible experience with the ********* office. It was a nightmare from the very beginning to the end. Took 1.5 years to build a 17-ft wall of glass and one glass sliding door. Calls would not be returned. Had to call corporate offices many times to get them to call the ********* office and tell them to call me. ************************** is very poor with this company! The *************** were very good, but the project was handled poorly! They didn't have all the material in to start my install, but forced me to start the install a week.earlier than I had planned on it & was not communicated to me until the day before they showed up!

Bad company! Once Job is sold there is no communication with the customer. Had deck lumber for the 3 season room delivered and put in the middle of our driveway with no delivery notice. We were given start dates for the construction to begin 3 diferent times with a no show each time . And we took off from appointments to be present and they were a no show. when they did show up to start the construction they first got to the job at 10:30 am. This business is terrible ,stay away,salesman lied to us and little communication from office ,took my deposit and gave me a contract only to say salesman made mistake and wanted $9000 more for job even though I had a signed contract and gave them deposit ,salesman called me and said he would eat cost difference ,so I went ahead and got permit items only to be called twp weeks later and informed they were cancelling on me because of engineering mistake that same salesman made ( really cost had nothing to do with it )scam com... read more

They do not honor warranties. They own Stanek Windows. I bought Stanek windows, and one of my windows spontaneously shattered, and they refuse to honor the **** TIME warranty that came with the windows when I purchased them. Per the saleman, the warranty covered ANY type of breakage, and the warranty was transferable to a new owner. I am the ORIGINAL woner. BUYER BEWARE! Please DO NOT use this company for any home improvement needs. We made the mistake of hiring them in October 2021 for building a solarium at our home.
