Absolutely do not trust your home or your money to these people. All work was done at the very brink of or beyond the contracted time. While the salesman indicated that work generally started and finished much earlier than the safety timeframes built into the contract, I know to expect that salesmen make any pitch that sounds good at the moment whether it is reality or not. Great Day Improvements is a company that stays afloat by writing contracts and collecting a down payment up front. Then they start slacking off. They don't show up when they say they will and they don't call to let you know they're not showing up. I guess they expect us to leave our doors and gates unlocked every day just in case they decide to show up. They do just enough to try and keep the customer quiet. After arranging terms on June 24th 2021 to convert my screened in porch to a 3 season sun room, work was scheduled to start Aug 17, 2021 and was told a crew would arrive between 10 AM and 12 PM. A crew arrived with the materials at 6 PM on the 17th. The next day, the 18th, the crew arrived. We ordered a 10x12 screened porch on 8/11/2020 to be added to our patio. The job was to be completed no later that 12/14/2020 according to the contract. We finally have the completed porch on 9/10/2021. The communication was extremely poor throughout this ordeal. We have had two houses built during our marriage which were no where near as stressful as this small screened porch. This company squirted Stanek Windows and is NOT honoring the Lifetime Warranty that came with purchase of windows!!! Very unhappy

Very disappointed with level of service and quality of work. Work was done on 3 season room months ago, however, we continue to have water coming into the room after replacing roof and gutters. Lack of urgency in responding to inquiries. Numerous visits have not resolved the issue, request for monetary reimbursement has been ignored. Based on the time and expense incurred, as well as additional issues created through their work, would recommend considering other options if looking for work to be done to a 3 season room.

Do not use this company they get paid by requiring payment by credit card and *****the customer on a partial finished enclosure. My porch enclosure started June 7th and was told today not to expect the door until December. One excuse after another. Customer service is a joke to them. They use subcontractors and don't hold them accountable. Framing was dirty and windows do not come with any protection during transport or install. First time window was locked it would not unlock so for 6 weeks I could not open the window. Turn... read more

My husband and I bought our home (****) with the preexisting solarium. It requires yearly maintenance. The first few years were ok, we have tried for the last several years to get someone to come and do the repairs and maintenance. We have been promised a call back , never happens. I have sent videos to someone who promised some feed back(*********************) I have not heard from her since July of this year. I am extremely frustrated with the company.

We would not recommend this company for a patio enclosure! The salesmen, there were 2, will tell you and promise you what you want but deliver something else! Our patio enclosure was supposedly to start in May, but they use the convenient excuses of COVID for not starting the project when we were promised. Again salesmen, we have been strung along for months now, it is end of AUGUST and still not finished!
