I do not recommend their service. Signed a contract in Dec 2021, I was told it was flat fee, no hidden cost. The material arrived in the first week of April, I was told installation will be scheduled soon. The seller told me there will be additional charge of $1250 due to some changes. From the start it has been a bad experience a 7 day project that was supposed to be started on January 23rd is still ongoing they have received all their money Yet the project is still not done we had a Salarium done the door doesn't work or close the windows don't close properly they forgot to put a fitting on and there was constant leaks and now we are getting ignored. The final sunroom product is fine, but the experience did not make us feel liked valued customers. The project took 12 months to completion from contract signing in part due to issues with the existing site. Communication from the regional office was **** and sporadic without giving us much context for what was going on. Have had a bad experience with the construction manager. We were told we would be completely satisfied or it would be made right. Once enclosure was completed we realized the the huge double opening we wanted was hindered by a metal strip in the middle and that the two sliding doors had to have this piece which is not what we saw in 3-d drawing. First, the regional office has been very nice, and I can't say anything negative about any of them, and I am a bit reluctant to say anything. I thought the push to get us to sign on the bottom line was a bit strong, but that's business, I guess. This is a review for the ******, ** operations of Patio Enclosures. In August 2021 they started installation of a 20' glass wall with sliding doors in our patio. Was told this would be a 2 day installation at most. It's now April of 2022 (8+ months) and still not complete. First they sent the wrong parts and installation was incomplete. From the time they demolished our existing deck to finishing the project, we've had issues with them. Our solarium has been leaking from the start!
