Overall experience was not great at all. The project started without notification (on 9/2) and while we were on vacation. Once returning home and seeing what was started, we noticed the ceiling structure would not allow us to place a fan in the middle of our patio like it was designed. The electrician came out and kindly held off on installing our electrical work due to the layout not making sense. Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements ScamDONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Earlier this year a young man by the name of ***** came to our home representing Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements. The sunroom is nice but the communication why things were done certain ways was not very good. Our old sunroom came up to the back door of our house so we could walk right into the sunroom. After the floor (deck) was built, I noticed it was about a foot lower than our door to go to the sunroom. I called to inquire about this and was told it had to be built like that because of the pitch of the roof and they can only build so high or something to that effect. *PLEASE READ* This is my 78-year-old Mothers experience with Patio Enclosures! My Mother received money from my dads passing at the end of 2019 and hired patio enclosures to build her sunroom. The price was $26,000. The contract said they would take 2 weeks to build it. After 22 months of them showing up 12 times they finished it, then another 2 months to get it to quit leaking. Warranty repair took over 5months to complete. There's a lack of communication between the departments. Had multiple visits from repairmen, supervisors before they finally repaired the listed original warranty items from 5+ Months ago. When I pointed out an issue with the re-screen. Repairman disagreed and said "I'm not going to worry about it" and turned away. Supervisors were nice when they came to visit and take pictures, but the whole process is too slow and inefficient.

The patio enclosure product is good, the process and customer service is horrifying. We had to put a hold on payments due to project management incompetence. Providing final payment involved some administrative and bureaucratic challenges, as an added gift some random administrator named ***** started sending threatening emails based on totally inaccurate information.

Horrible Horrible experience with the ********* office. It was a nightmare from the very beginning to the end. Took 1.5 years to build a 17-ft wall of glass and one glass sliding door. Calls would not be returned. Had to call corporate offices many times to get them to call the ********* office and tell them to call me. After more than a month of calls not being returned, I was having a severe anxiety attack thinking I had been conned and would lose my $15,000 deposit. ************************** is very poor with this company! The *************** were very good, but the project was handled poorly! They didn't have all the material in to start my install, but forced me to start the install a week.earlier than I had planned on it & was not communicated to me until the day before they showed up!
