Terrible communication on up date on project. First they stated could work around existing structure. After signed contract, came back with measurements and said had to remove beams and cement blocks that hold up roof over patio. E mailed several sales rep. ********************** (*****) *********************************** (***********). They still have not given me an update on project since signed contract on 03/15/24. The work they did initially was good. However, the initial sales pitch indicated that if you needed more work done or needed to change anything in the future that they would be available. I had a porch installed last April and spent a good amount of money with them. Now, I need them to change out a door on their install (not even asking for it for free) and I literally cant get a phone call or email from their service department. Slow, slow, slow. Paid end of August 2023 with project not completed until end of April 2024. Would not commit to a project timeframe until pressured and didnt meet timeframe. Excuses that shouldnt have been given to a customer. Just fix the situation and make it happen! Lack of communication on progress and even hung up on me when I was disgusted. The design consultant was extremely good at selling the product, but ultimately made promises that were not fully kept by the installation people. Communication about a problem with the enclosure door was not addressed in a timely or ethical manner. The area supervisor flat out misrepresented (lied) about the product door that was to be installed and per the contract we signed before the project began. We have been in the process of installing ************ since September and are still fighting to get it finished. The product itself is outstanding . The structure and the capability of the structure installation team exceeds all expectations! We live in ******** which is apparently a new location for Patio Enclosures. Communication is infrequent and typically occurs after multiple calls and messages left at the business office. What a mess!!! This is week 61 of a contracted 14 to16 week project. Patio Enclosure was to install it's product on a deck built by them. It was a 12' x 15' deck, right now after a second try it is 12' x 16'. Permits with the City of Thornton to communication, to install, to a level deck, to getting what the contract called for has been mishandled leaves the home owner totally frustrated and at wits end. I selected this company because I was going by the good reviews Sad to say I wish I would if selected a different company to get my enclosure done The instal date had to be rescheduled a couple times do to Material not arriving on time, I started paying on it before it was installed. Yikes what a mistake I made trusting this company or at least this branch! Months after install and I still can’t get a hold of a single person to call, text, or email me back! I paid $10k to get an unfinished porch and no communication! One door arrived broken out of 4- the kicker is that I only ordered 2 doors & that’s being blamed on my salesmen for ordering incorrectly.
