We hired patio enclosures in April. One of our first questions, do you have your own installers. We were told yes.. the second week of May subs from Great Day Construction showed up. They tore out the existing screened porch, threw the trash in the yard and left. They were maybe here two hours. We senior citizens pick up the trash and piled it in the drive as our mowers had arrived. Day two they started the installation, two more subcontractors arrived. The job was not right! Terrible experience. Do not recommend Stanek. We are waiting at home for the 10:00-12:00 appointment and have a no show and no call. This is to replace a window that never worked since our installation in February 2021. Our windows do not work well and are supposed to be adjusted as well. But once again, service is missing. I have a list of other issues that were a part of this disaster. We do not recommend using this company for windows.

My project is still not complete. The damaged screen door has not been delivered and the correction on the doggy door panel has not been made. My experience since the installation has begun has been terrible. day one of installation- 75 percent of panels were ordered. It has been over a year since I started the project and they haven't completed it. They sure took my money fast but, won't respond to an email or phone call since 3/24/22. If they don't respond soon, I will need to consider legal action.

Bad company, they leave you hanging , quick to take your money ! But slow to do the work ! Half a** jobs ! Virtually no communication, or go back on what they tell you ! Lack of communication between bosses and workers , and customers... the list goes on...

I do not recommend their service. Signed a contract in Dec 2021, I was told it was flat fee, no hidden cost. The material arrived in the first week of April, I was told installation will be scheduled soon. The seller told me there will be additional charge of $1250 due to some changes. I was trying to be nice and accepted it. They told me a start date, I made plans and scheduled everything to accommodate, they end up postponing without effective communication with me, they do not respect customer's time and schedule! From the start it has been a bad experience a 7 day project that was supposed to be started on January 23rd is still ongoing they have received all their money Yet the project is still not done we had a Salarium done the door doesn't work or close the windows don't close properly they forgot to put a fitting on and there was constant leaks and now we are getting ignored. The final sunroom product is fine, but the experience did not make us feel liked valued customers. The project took 12 months to completion from contract signing in part due to issues with the existing site. Communication from the regional office was **** and sporadic without giving us much context for what was going on. Would have preferred to work through some issues in a conversation that would have sped up the project, but we always just felt like a number, not a customer, and opportunities were missed. Have had a bad experience with the construction manager. We were told we would be completely satisfied or it would be made right. Once enclosure was completed we realized the the huge double opening we wanted was hindered by a metal strip in the middle and that the two sliding doors had to have this piece which is not what we saw in 3-d drawing. So requested one door be replaced with a matching window that we had throughout the rest of the room. When replaced it was an odd window that didnt match the rest. The manager told u... read more
