LaVaugn Bobo, Jr. was the technician who serviced both of our heaters today. He was wonderful to work with in every way. He was professional, personal, & explained everything to me. The office personal at Hassler were also very professional & personal. I give my highest recommendation to Hassler Heating!

We just had our HVAC serviced by Kieanta Rice. Wow, he really shows passion in his work. I was blown away by the attention to detail and how he showed me all the photos he took of the system at work. He explained every aspect of our furnace and had video to back it all up with. It made me feel like a proud furnace parent. There was no stone left unturned and when he left I feel confident our system is going to serve us well over the next year. Kieanta is a great representative for Hassler.

I heard my air conditioner unit was making a funny sound and my daughter highly recommended Hassler, so I gave them a call to check both my A/C and heater. I was able to get an appointment quickly and technician Kieanta Rice came to my home promptly. I found him to be very personable and thorough. He showed me many pictures and explained the workings of my system. He found a part that needed to be changed, and he also explained how he knew it was failing. Had Kieanta Rice from Hassler come to the house for an annual heater maintenance. Kienta did an outstanding job - way over and above the call of duty. I have used Hassler Heating since moving into my house almost two years ago and have been quite satisfied with the service. This year for my annual service, Kieanta Rice was my service technician. Mr. Rice inspected and serviced all parts of my heating system then took a lot of time explaining it all to me, including showing me photos and videos of my equipment. Installed 2 HVAC systems in 4 days for our large home. Seamless prices. It was a bit challenging to communicate with them as they would frequently promise to call back but wouldn't, and we would have to follow up but it was also a busy period during the hot summer.

I've used Hassler in the past and found them to be very knowledgeable and honest, so when, they called me to ask if I wanted to have them check my 16-year-old furnace and A/C, I immediately said yes. The price was very reasonable. I got an appointment within a couple of days and technician Kieanta Rice was dispatched to my home. I found him to be very polite and professional. Kieanta Rice was the Service Tech who came to perform my annual maintenance. He was very thorough & showed me numerous before & after photos to explain my furnace & what was done.
