Max, Carlos, and Brian were great. Carlos and Brian came on a Saturday, spent all day, and stayed late to get our heater up and running. Max promptly responded to all calls and inquires. Recommended.

It all began when our nextdoor neighbors remodeled their home. We noticed that they used Hassler. When my sister needed a new water heater for her home, she got estimates from three providers. Hassler designed, and recommended various options and installed a complete heatpump ducted system in our completely renovated house . The entire team provided an excellent service, and job well done! I am super happy with the recommended system the design and placement of all equipment and ducting as well as the use of space in the basement! On October 21st, a technician named John P. Leanos, from Hassler, came out to do the yearly maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. John was truly a pleasure to work with! He was extremely polite, as well as very well informed and knowledgeable about everything HVAC, and he was very thorough in performing all of the maintenance work. Our home was built in the early 1960's, and the furnace had never been replaced. It was old and rusty and recently went out. With Winter around the corner, we needed help ASAP. My gas furnace stopped working in February 2024. I consulted representatives at other companies like Albert Nahmann, but the rep basically "disappeared" after offering a quote. By contrast, my experience with Hassler and Andrew Hathaway was quite different. Andrew stood out as not only competent but present and available to answer subsequent questions. My wife and I had an exceptional experience using Hassler HVAC. They installed our new furnace and added an air conditioner as well. They took the time to diagnose our system and fixed a number of longstanding issues without adding any extra costs to us. They have gone above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful.
