I had a very good experience working with Hassler Heating. I hired them to install a wall heater in a property I was selling, and everything went smoothly. When I later needed to update the warranty to include the new owner, they were responsive and helpful in getting it resolved. Communication was clear, and they followed through on their commitment. I really appreciate their professionalism and support throughout the process. Highly recommend!
I genuinely think they are amazing. They have amazing knowledge and very reasonable. Paul came to my house and did the diagnose quickly and took extra mile to fix it right away. He was very thoughtful and also provided a lot of information. I 💯 recommend this business if you need to get hvac fixed.
I found Hassler Heating and Air to be fair in the cost. It turns-out that all I needed was cleaning of the condenser outside. Steve was honest in his assessment that everything else looked good and could only suggest maintenance on the coil with a soapy wash. After doing that, we found the unit worked much better. Happy with the outcome. :)
I can’t say enough good things about Hassler. Everything from the Initial sales consult (shout out to Max Saephan, who is to trust) through the install and then the follow up… everything was of the highest quality. We trusted Hassler with a complete overhaul of our HVAC system. We have an old house, and needed our furnace pulled out (and replaced with a heat pump) along with a complete reworking of our ducting (including asbestos removal). I called them and the lady on the phone said they didn’t have appointments for 1.5 weeks to fix my furnace. But then she patiently gave me step by step instructions to fix it, and it worked! For free. This is a clear signal of a quality business. Here’s what she said. Will definitely call them next time I need someone to fix the furnace.
