I have a Hassler's heat pump system which stopped cooling during the recent heat wave. I called them and they sent out an excellent, friendly , and well informed technician within 24 hours, Jesus. He clearly explained the problem and was able to get it cooling again that day! He is to come back as well to finish the more extensive repairs in a few days. The whole experience was first rate! Highly recommend!- Irv Johnson

Three years ago, our Nest thermostat developed a glitch, shutting down the heater if we raised the temperature by more than 3°F. Since it wasn't a major issue, we accepted it as a minor quirk. During this year's regular maintenance, technician Denali Boyd noticed this issue and offered to fix it. This is my 3rd review of Hassler in a short time, as we have had different services provided - first someone to evaluate our existing system with its problems and provide alternatives , second a repair tech to fix the problems and then lastly two techs, Adrian Reyes and Jonathan Falcon who cleaned our extensive duct work. I just had Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning install a Mitsubishi single zone mini split AC system into my rental property in West Oakland and could not be happier with everyone involved from the initial estimate I received from Rich Flores and Matt Mays to the professionalism of the installers and last but not least working closely with Janette Leal and to top it off my tenant feels the unit works better than she expected! As a landlord, you cannot beat that!

Hassler was exceptionally responsive, timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their installers, Eddie and Brian, and their electricians, Brandon and Diego, and their support person who trained us on use of,the heat pump system, Vick, were knowledgeable, efficient, informative, friendly and outstandingly cooperative.
