Hassler designed, and recommended various options and installed a complete heatpump ducted system in our completely renovated house . The entire team provided an excellent service, and job well done! I am super happy with the recommended system the design and placement of all equipment and ducting as well as the use of space in the basement! We had a few hick ups that your entire team responded to immediately. I feel your team values the customer and takes pride in their work.
On October 21st, a technician named John P. Leanos, from Hassler, came out to do the yearly maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. John was truly a pleasure to work with! He was extremely polite, as well as very well informed and knowledgeable about everything HVAC, and he was very thorough in performing all of the maintenance work. My gas furnace stopped working in February 2024. I consulted representatives at other companies like Albert Nahmann, but the rep basically "disappeared" after offering a quote. My wife and I had an exceptional experience using Hassler HVAC. They installed our new furnace and added an air conditioner as well. They took the time to diagnose our system and fixed a number of longstanding issues without adding any extra costs to us. They have gone above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful. Shout out to Jacky G of Hassler who came to service my furnace and who was an all around pleasure to talk to about the ins and outs of furnace maintenance. For anyone not regularly scheduling maintenance, it's a pretty cheap service ($90) for a pretty valuable benefit as your furnace gets older.

A technician came and provided an estimate of over $800 to replace the pressure switch and capacitor, without guaranteeing that the issue would be resolved. He even suggested that I replace the entire furnace, which could cost up to $10,000. Concerned, I contacted PG&E to check the gas pressure. It turned out that the gas meter was faulty, and the problem had nothing to do with the furnace. I was nearly misled into spending $800 to $10,000 due to a misdiagnosis.
