Jonathan and Aidan were competent and very professional. I would use their services again.
This is my 3rd review of Hassler in a short time, as we have had different services provided - first someone to evaluate our existing system with its problems and provide alternatives , second a repair tech to fix the problems and then lastly two techs, Adrian Reyes and Jonathan Falcon who cleaned our extensive duct work. I just had Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning install a Mitsubishi single zone mini split AC system into my rental property in West Oakland and could not be happier with everyone involved from the initial estimate I received from Rich Flores and Matt Mays to the professionalism of the installers and last but not least working closely with Janette Leal and to top it off my tenant feels the unit works better than she expected! As a landlord, you cannot beat that!

Hassler was exceptionally responsive, timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience with Hassler for both a new water heater and heating system install. All of the technicians who helped out throughout the process from troubleshooting our old system, installing the water heater, to finally installing the furnace (John, Joe, Mark, Bryan, Neptali, Brian, Eddie, and Piper) were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful. We have a heat pump with heating & cooling capabilities which was installed a couple of years ago by Hassler. They did a wonderful job. During a recent heat wave in Oakland, the ac would shut off after about an hour & refuse to cool the house. We contacted Hassler & found Amber to be very helpful in scheduling a prompt appointment.
