We've had some issues with our heat pump, and today I have great hope that we are on our way to full resolution! Two of the most skilled, warm, and very clear technicians came to work to try to trace the problem: Jesus and Christian. They were so thorough and so patient, and we are very grateful for their excellent work. Thank you to Hassler for this wonderful team!
Hassler was great to work with. We got a heat pump installed and it works perfectly for heating and cooling. They were very responsive and completed the project on schedule. The office staff is also very responsive and professional. Highly recommend this company.

We have a heat pump with heating & cooling capabilities which was installed a couple of years ago by Hassler. They did a wonderful job. During a recent heat wave in Oakland, the ac would shut off after about an hour & refuse to cool the house. We contacted Hassler & found Amber to be very helpful in scheduling a prompt appointment. Great guys to work with as we took a while to decide the right solution. Max gave us many options, and once we had the right one the team started. Malik and the guys were great. Efficient, courteous, in and out in 3 days. Great job
Hassler had to make over 10 return visits to correct their installment and make adjustments which I wasn't happy about but I have to say Jesus was super helpful, quickly fixed what was necessary and gave clear instructions. He was excellent.
Jesus from Hassler Heating came out for a maintenance visit for our Hassler- installed furnace, and to check our ducts for rodent damage. He patiently showed us the steps involved in checking the furnace and ducts, and advised us on ways to prolong the life of our furnace. We learned so much - we really appreciated his clear and knowledgeable explanations and professional demeanor!

After posting a review of a bad experience in Nov/Dec/Jan with the install of a new gas-powered furnace, the leadership responded and addressed my issues proactively. They returned to my home, updated the PVC exhaust to be well installed and properly placed, replaced the damaged fascia on the equipment, did their best to remove all stains, and were professional throughout. Jesus Ulloa came out to clean my blower motor. I was with him every step of the way and he showed me the whole process of what it takes to remove and clean the blower motor assembly. He did a great job, highly recommend Jesus with Hassler
