I have been a very happy customer of Hassler Heating since 2006. Recently I made an appointment to check my furnace, change the filters etc. and LaVaughn Bobo Jr. came right on time, did an excellent job, was extremely professional and respectful. I would highly recommend this business, and LaVaughn in particular. The staff in the office who scheduled the appointment and followed up were also excellent.

Over a year ago, I spoke to Pilar, who helped me understand what some of the options available were. I asked a lot of basic questions, but she was very patient and gave a ballpark verbal quote for mini-splits. Once I was ready to undertake the project, I called back and easily scheduled an in-person appointment. Hassler Heating installed our heating and air conditioning in 2015, 9 years ago. The system has never required any attention other than we have Hassler perform annual check up service. That appointment was scheduled by the office staff who are very professional and helpful. In October our service technician for the annual appointment was LaVaughn Bobo, Jr. On the morning of the appointment Hassler Heating sent me a picture of LaVaughn so I was very comfortable when he arrived. Update: the install manager called and scheduled an inspection by the top technicians to see what can be done. So for now, i am upgrading the rating. Can we get to 5 stars? YES! Jason came out and got on the phone with more experts and determined they could add another head. They came and installed it. Again, top notch install crew. They even carefully centered it. I called HASSLER to inspect and service my heating and air conditioning units. A technician, Kieanta Rice, performed the service inspections and after finishing, he reviewed his thorough inspections and service with me using photographs he had taken that explained what he had inspected and what service he had completed. I am very satisfied and absolutely recommend HASSLER and Kieanta for their professional work.

Been very pleased with Hassler for a few years now. I had my air conditioner installed a few years ago by Hassler and have used them for maintenance on air conditioning and heating ever since. Most recently, I had a service visit by the very attentive and detail-oriented Kieanta Rice -- a new hire who was very thorough and engaged in making sure I'm getting the most out of my systems. I recently needed a complete re-ducting of my 2-story house. I called a few companies and I got responses from 2 and ignored completely by 2. Both said they couldn't get to the job for 3+ months. LaVaugn Bobo, Jr. was the technician who serviced both of our heaters today. He was wonderful to work with in every way. He was professional, personal, & explained everything to me.
