I had a very positive service experience with Keoki who was thorough in his assessment, generous with his time and answers to my many questions, and effective with his maintenance and repair. We've relied on Hassler for our heating and cooling system for 15+ years and would like to recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Shout out to Jacky G of Hassler who came to service my furnace and who was an all around pleasure to talk to about the ins and outs of furnace maintenance. For anyone not regularly scheduling maintenance, it's a pretty cheap service ($90) for a pretty valuable benefit as your furnace gets older.

A technician came and provided an estimate of over $800 to replace the pressure switch and capacitor, without guaranteeing that the issue would be resolved. He even suggested that I replace the entire furnace, which could cost up to $10,000. Concerned, I contacted PG&E to check the gas pressure. It turned out that the gas meter was faulty, and the problem had nothing to do with the furnace. I was nearly misled into spending $800 to $10,000 due to a misdiagnosis. Our service was done by Jaqueline Green, an awesome bright smart worker who identified our problem, made appropriate recommendations, took pictures, communicated with the building owner our landlord, and led us to a healthier life. She plans to return and finish/follow up. We are very grateful , as I had been suffering from a cough and bronchitus and all that could have been caused by the dirty air I was breathing.

I can't say enough good things about Hassler. Everything from the Initial sales consult (shout out to Max Saephan, who is to trust) through the install and then the follow up... everything was of the highest quality. We trusted Hassler with a complete overhaul of our HVAC system. We have an old house, and needed our furnace pulled out (and replaced with a heat pump) along with a complete reworking of our ducting (including asbestos removal).
