HASSLER Heating exemplities a business with protessionalism that all businesses should aspire to practice. I found their prices were on the higher end but signed a contract with them because of their knowledge and in-depth thought of my needs and concerns of heating and air quality in my home. I can't say enough good things about Hassler. Everything from the Initial sales consult (shout out to Max Saephan, who is to trust) through the install and then the follow up... everything was of the highest quality. We trusted Hassler with a complete overhaul of our HVAC system. We have an old house, and needed our furnace pulled out (and replaced with a heat pump) along with a complete reworking of our ducting (including asbestos removal). i have used Hassler for furnace issues for several years for furnace repairs. So I wanted to see how much a heat pump was and got a visit promptly followed by a quote from a very competent and accommodating Joseph Hanson. I did my research, got more quotes and decided to go with Hassler. I was delighted they even had an employee to go over the tedious forms for rebates available. Good move. I called them and the lady on the phone said they didn't have appointments for 1.5 weeks to fix my furnace. But then she patiently gave me step by step instructions to fix it, and it worked! For free. This is a clear signal of a quality business. Here's what she said. Will definitely call them next time I need someone to fix the furnace. My husband and I were excited to get a heat pump installed through Hassler but have been disappointed with the follow-through. After spending $20k+ on the system, no one circled back to find out how it was performing in spite of the salesperson saying, "We'll take good care of you!" In addition, we had to have service people return more than once to make proper adjustments on the same issue.

Brandon Salazar of Hassler Heating came out to see why our exterior outlet, installed in Dec 2023 as part of a new heat pump, was no longer working. He is fabulous! He is engaging and friendly and the best part for me was that he was transparent about his troubleshooting strategy, explaining what he was thinking and how he was testing various hypotheses.
