Great service. They upgraded my heating to heat pumps - did a great job and let me know what was going on. And the result is wonderful! They cleaned all the ducts and my house is so comfortable. Punctual and polite and best of all competent,

We were looking for a Heating and Air Conditioning company to check our heater when it just stopped working. I did not know who to call in the Bay Area. While I did not have to call, after looking at the reviews and seeing the response of Hassler to the poor reviews offering to make it right, I will use Hassler in the future. Hassler, you are in my contacts and if we need help in the future, we'll give you a call.

I am updating my review as they reached out to me and rectified the issues from the original install. I now have matching thermostats (and Tony helped me set up the app to control them, thanks!). I also have had a new duct/vent installed to my office, which is especially nice. I wish it all had been handled the first time, but I appreciate their efforts in making me satisfied and checking back with me to make sure it's all working as it should.

Edwin and Cesar worked a 12-hour day to install my heat pump within the agreed 2 days in December, 2025. Yarmi Armas, a bookkeeper, helped me every time I called her with various issues unrelated to her job description. Everyone at Hassler seems dedicated to great customer service.

My experience with Hassler was wonderful! Max (Supvr.) came out and checked out the job and our need to get going and out of the cold. He schedule us that weekend. Larry and Alberto were the tech guys who worked timelessly from 8:45am to 5:45PM without a break for lunch. All of them knew their stuff and were very professional and well mannered. They cleaned up and took all their trash with them. Would definitely use them again, and recommend them to my neighbors!

Steve S. did a great job fixing our heater. He was able to find a solution to something we were having issues with year after year. He was also very professional, polite, and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend Hassler heating.
