Edwin and Cesar worked a 12-hour day to install my heat pump within the agreed 2 days in December, 2025. Yarmi Armas, a bookkeeper, helped me every time I called her with various issues unrelated to her job description. Everyone at Hassler seems dedicated to great customer service.

My experience with Hassler was wonderful! Max (Supvr.) came out and checked out the job and our need to get going and out of the cold. He schedule us that weekend. Larry and Alberto were the tech guys who worked timelessly from 8:45am to 5:45PM without a break for lunch. All of them knew their stuff and were very professional and well mannered. They cleaned up and took all their trash with them. Would definitely use them again, and recommend them to my neighbors!

Steve S. did a great job fixing our heater. He was able to find a solution to something we were having issues with year after year. He was also very professional, polite, and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend Hassler heating.

Max, Carlos, and Brian were great. Carlos and Brian came on a Saturday, spent all day, and stayed late to get our heater up and running. Max promptly responded to all calls and inquires. Recommended.

It all began when our nextdoor neighbors remodeled their home. We noticed that they used Hassler. When my sister needed a new water heater for her home, she got estimates from three providers. Hassler was the most professional in terms of outlining the scope of work and the cost breakdown was useful. Hassler designed, and recommended various options and installed a complete heatpump ducted system in our completely renovated house . The entire team provided an excellent service, and job well done! I am super happy with the recommended system the design and placement of all equipment and ducting as well as the use of space in the basement! We had a few hick ups that your entire team responded to immediately. I feel your team values the customer and takes pride in their work.
