Get directionsWe went to the pool 4 times and all 4 times there were no clean towels. We had to bring towels from our room but then those towels were dirty and had nothing else to use. I had kids that were freezing having to walk through the building. When I would call for towels it would take several hours to get towels. The last time I called to ask for towels the lady at the front desk kept cutting me off and then eventually hung up on me because I was asking how do I file a complaint. I was very disappointed with the service.
Literally drove 3 and a half hours to get here to have our room not be ready?! Yet all the “diamond “ members rooms were ready and they were oh ever so friendly to those people but us? Nope! Just a horrible start to our stay I guess next time we will pay for the top, most expensive room you have so to be treated right like those “diamond “ pe... read more
Nobody told us that rooms are not getting cleaned due to covid , we have to ask for clean towels, pool was dirty, our room door was getting stuck all the time , not worth the money
Not a true king size bed Hotel was fine. Location is great. First time I’ve stayed in a hotel that the king bed wasn’t a king bed, it’s a hotel king, basically slightly bigger than a queen. So that’s misleading but I’m sure it’s like that other places.
Restaurant was not very good, poor service, new waiter, for the whole place,1st day waiting tables. No Restaurant management for breakfest. Kinda shocking actually
Our particular room had an awesome view. The location was good because it was next to the Branson Landing.
Not so much........ Walls were paper thin! You could hear everything in the next room & the hallways! You had to pay to park in their own garage, there was no cable tv to speak of & there was no housekeeping between days. For what they charge, i expected better!
