This property is not worth the price. I took two cold showers on two different days. For that they comped my valet, Really! Sent up maintenance and he turned on the sink and said look it’s hot. I could have done that. Terrible place to stay.. sucks!

Disappointed Room smelled like pee. TV remote didn't work. We had to request a new one. Long hair strands on shower wall. Furniture looked"used". We were not told about the free parking lot next to the $15 parking lot we parked in. We were given choice of valet or self parking in Hilton lot.

Dog hotel I didn’t realize the Hilton had become a dog hotel. Really disappointed. So many people with dogs. Got on elevator and stunk like dirty dog, carpet in our room was all shredded by desk from a dog scratching. A dog across the hall barked every time someone would walk down the hall. My husband is highly allergic to dogs and it caused him an asthma attack. If you r going to allow dogs should only b in 1 area.

Paid for valet parking cause we did not have access to front door- so had to walk 2 blocks and wait for attendant - they should not have charged for valet when construction was underway

Not bad- not worth the high price The rooms were very old feeling and needed to be upgraded. Tue tub and floors were cracked in the bathroom. Level 2 steakhouse was amazing!! They were doing construction so it didnt look very nice. The parking is annoying especially if they have events going on because even if you are a guest at the hotel, someone who is not will get a better spot than you. I was expecting the hotel to be super nice and fancy considering location.

Pillows and bed was great! Location at the Landing was great, but overpriced for the quality of hotel. Last year stayed on the strip with larger, cleaner room for 1/2 the price. Room was small, dusty, towels rough, toilet paper rougher, shower tiny and doors backward got wet just turning on water. No USB plugs to change devices. Under construction remodeling entrance and convention center. Elevators kept skipping our floor took stairs and they went to employee area. We arrived at the hotel for one night stay. My sons were competing in the state archery tournament which was being held in the hotel on the convention center side. They were doing construction outside- something with concrete so almost every area was cordoned off, there were cones, it was difficult to know where to park to check in. Check in process was quick but I wasn’t told where anything was or what time check out even was. Nothing. We got a room with a balcony. The room was pretty clean. However, we had no hot water and the only showers we had were cold. They were doing renovations on the second floor and the crew started early I’m assuming. I did hear loud noises coming from below us early in the morning
