The line was long to check in and the attendants were not calm or friendly- I expect more out of a Hilton. Great area for shopping and walking around. Our room was not ready at check in and room was not clean.

We didn't have hot water for the shower

Had to call several times because we had no hot water. Parking was an overall horrible thing bc you had to walk a very long distance after parking just to get to the hotel. But the hotel was nice.

lets support all hotels now, tho overrated. The exterior looks so grand but the room looks preety ordinary considering the hefty price that goes with it. Upon entry you will be greeted by a musky smell of a cleaning material which smells like poop. I hope it was just a housekeeping moshap. The rooms were more of the ordinary type,very dated. I liked the convenience to the convention center for dance competition but I did not like that there was no maid service for the 6 days we were there. We had to empty our trash ourselves and it took forever to get clean towels. I was ready to ask if I could just use the vacuum myself.
