Get directionsNot happy the bed sheets was dirty and the shower was dirty as well they did come and clean when I called them .So what we paid for the room I was not happy this is what I walked into as soon as we got there.
Hotel is run down and dirty, we had no hot water and were unable to shower, maintenance did come and get warm water but not enough to bathe. Staff was very nice, hotel needs work!!
Room with a view We had a family of four and only 2 towels in our bathroom, half roll of toilet tissue and no extra roll. Went to look for blanket ..... no blanket. Went to the front desk, asked for towels and blanket , she gave me a sheet . I returned it and said I asked for a blanket !!! Receptionist said she didn’t have any she would TRY and call housekeeping . 45 minutes later a young man delivered a blanket... not my best experience with a hotel . I also paid for a room with a view and did not it ....
looks can be deceiving Very nice hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing.there was hair in the bathroom. The shower had rust in it and the carpet and floor very dusty. Clearly housekeeping did a very rushed job on the room. The carpet in front of the elevators were very dirty and one of the housekeeping staff was very rude to my daughter and I as we trued to enter the elevator.
Filthy Our first room has blood puddled and splattered on the bed skirt floor and bathroom sink. Looks like someone had a bloody nose. Second room had stains on the sheets and black hair on several pillows. The houskeeping crew is aweful! For one of the nicest (most expensive) places to stay in Branson, we were extremely disappointed. With this amount of inconvenience, all we got was a credit off parking. Poor customer service.
Late check in Check in was 4pm didnt get room until around 5,no hair dryer in room.Afer driving 2 hours think room would be ready
The person next to us had a dog that woke us up both mornings. It would be nice to complimentary breakfast.
