We didn't have hot water for the shower

Had to call several times because we had no hot water. Parking was an overall horrible thing bc you had to walk a very long distance after parking just to get to the hotel. But the hotel was nice.

lets support all hotels now, tho overrated. The exterior looks so grand but the room looks preety ordinary considering the hefty price that goes with it. Upon entry you will be greeted by a musky smell of a cleaning material which smells like poop. I hope it was just a housekeeping moshap. The rooms were more of the ordinary type,very dated. I liked the convenience to the convention center for dance competition but I did not like that there was no maid service for the 6 days we were there. We had to empty our trash ourselves and it took forever to get clean towels. I was ready to ask if I could just use the vacuum myself.

Nice for the price but if you are a 4 or 5 star stayer you may want to choose a better maintained hotel. Shower had mold in corners, missing tile on shower floor, wood furniture was poorly maintained, cheap toilet paper, front desk never explained breakfast hours, and bed was hard with no extra covers in closets. Besides those things it was a decent place to stay. I most likely will not come back because I prefer a 5 star hotel experience.

When we got there our room was not ready. Then we got to the room and they had to change the sheets over again. Nasty!!!😟 We will never get room 500’s again bc it was to Loud and and the ppl next to us was partying all night!! No sleep
