Get directionsDid not have knowledge of additional parking fees for stay and parking garage was across the street from hotel. There was a covered walkway, but long route around with luggage.
Clean, Comfortable, and Mild Annoyances We had a balcony room that overlooked the Branson Landing. The room was clean and comfortable which is what you come to expect from a Hilton hotel. For the most part we were pleased with our stay. Since it was the off season in Branson, the hotel was not very busy. If it had been, we may have enjoyed our stay much less. I wouldn't say I have complaints, but more annoyances as I would expect a little more from a higher end hotel. The noise from the traffic outside and in the hallways wa... read more
Nice but.... It was good but our room smelled wonky, wasn't expecting to be charged 13$for parking and no complementary breakfast. The breakfast buffet they have wasnt anything special from others and that was another 38$. It's a nice hotel just be prepared.
Save your money It’s was cheap, over priced, small, everything was just awful stayed ar best western the next night and even w a broke shower it beat the Hilton. Very disappointing
I thought for the price of the room it was very disappointing, I was expecting something a little nicer than average and it was not so. There was also mildew in the corners of the shower which made it feel like it wasn't very clean. Also when I went to check out I spoke with the manager about the complaints I had and she was very unapologetic and made me to feel like she had more important things to do, So overall I was not impressed and more than like wouldn't stay here again or recommend to family or friends.
This was a second time to stay at this Hilton. The Christmas decorations were pretty as before. The staff was very good also. It was a busy time this week. The breakfast was not very appealing. Everything was almost cold, just a bit warm. The clock in our room would not set the correct time which caused us to get up at 3:30 a.m. when the clock said 10:00 a.m. We did not depend on using it as a good timepiece.
Room service was often really late in the day like 4-5 pm.
The prices for sundry items like a bottle of water were ridiculous, $3/bottle of water. I hate places that nickel and dime you.
