Instructions poore been And support difficult. I wish that I had my money back. I have been happy with previous brother products. This one is hard to use and difficult to understand.

SAVE YOUR MONEY We bought this printer for our busy office. It sucks!!! Every time you send a print job to it, it is SUPER slow. Won't print like one page right after another, has to think in between forever. Also, prints really blurry. Have tried everything with tech support to try to fix but it isn't working. Horrible!!
Bad tech support. Problems with printer from day 1. Paper got constantly stuck. Called support and was twice left on the line with noise from many people in a foreign language on the background, the agent apologizing he tries to get advice from Brother which do not respond. First time took 58 minutes until I hang up. Second time 64 minutes - with no response. I return the item.
STAY AWAY. NEGATIVE STARS. Can I give it negative stars? Do not purchase this printer. It does not reliably print color. The images are always distorted and faded. It is huge and heavy and expensive and simply does not deliver. I feel completely disrespected as a customer that a product would be launched when it simply does not perform the function it is billed to perform. Shame on Brother. NOT recommended for graphic designers There is nothing I like about this printer. The user interface is horrible and extremely basic. The color is very difficult to adjust, the resgistration goes off very easily and is also difficult to adjust. The print quality is at best 300dpi, but the text and graphics are not smooth. Ehh Sleep mode on this printer is so annoying. It always seems to disconnect with my laptop and I always have to end up sending documents to my phone to airprint- which is a pain in the butt. To be honest I don’t think it is worth the price.
Dont do it! What a networking nightmare!!! Tried any possible way, worked each way BUT ONLY ONCE, the next day trying to print was dejavue all over again. Each print requires a network setup.
Very little use and now totally unusable I bought this printer because I have an older brother printer that has been a workhorse for us but is reaching its end of life. At first this printer worked well but it has always been a backup because the ink for it is much more expensive than the ink for the old printer. It is in a location where connection is by Wifi only and it isn't feasible to run a cable to it in our warehouse.
