ONLY SUPPORTED THROUGH EMAIL AT BROTHER AND TAKES UP TO 3 DAYS TO RESPOND! I bought this Brother printer and I bought "HIGH YIELD TONER" replacements. I go to change the toner and even though I opened a new box, the printer says it is empty! I have done everything to try to get it to work. I emailed Brother about the problem and they sent back an email saying it could take up to 3 days to respond. Not at all happy that I have spent this money on this product.
Cannot print using Macbook Air 2017 with High Sierra I have been using this computer for a year and a half. Several months ago, I was no longer able to keep it online. Multiple times I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared my cache, reset the printer, reset the router and even bought a new computer. I have gone to the Brother website for help, to no avail. Don't Rely on Amazon Customer Service Approximately 90 days after I purchased the printer from Amazon, it was necessary to change the first toner cartridge. None of the cartridges available for this model would fit in the printer because of a defective part on the tray inside the printer that holds the cartridges. Brother verified that there was a defective part in the printer but Amazon would not accept the printer for return/replacement because it was outside of Amazon's 30-day return window. AWFUL BROKEN PRINTER AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE I was excited to see this HIGHLY RECOMMENDED on sale for PRIME DAY as I was in the market for a printer. Wouldn't buy again I loved the printer for about 6 months, had an issue with the duplex unit. Customer service sent me a replacement refurbished unit, which has tonnes of toner leaking and print quality issues. Love Brother products, but this printer has been awful, both the new and replacement.
WORST PRINTER IVE EVER USED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I read reviews online and on here for this printer and it all looked great so I ordered it to save costs for my wedding. I was planning on first using it to do my save the date envelopes. Not only is this the slowest printer I’ve ever used, the ink would smear about every 5-10 envelopes I tried to do.
