The sale person was very good. Listing to what our questions and concerns were. We were not pressure into buying a vehicle. But we did and are very satisfied with it. I want say thanks to everyone.
Spending 10 hours there...never ever again..crazy...slow..bringing the car from Knoxville but hours later didn’t happened ..would get one from somewhere else and deliver Monday ..seems took deposit to bank on Saturday evening when they couldn’t even get it ...for her first time buying experience she had an experience...

Bought my new crv. Love the vehicle. Everyone gr8 when you buy. Then it was one thing after another. Not sure how they stay in business.

About 6 weeks ago we arrived near closing one night and they were nice and bent over backwards for us. Robert Drake even stayed till after 12 am finalizing our purchase. Clint was the salesman.. Awesome during the sell and promised to look in to finding dvd headsets and floor mats..after the sell.. Different story. Never returned our call so we emailed his MANAGER Steve and have been promised floor mats and a manual for 5 weeks now. Went in for recall work, Darryl was my service writer. He seemed rushed, not interested in questions I had and just wanted to get me out of there. I am interested in getting more work on my Honda at a Honda dealer but wasn't impressed with my service. Don't really want to go out of town to another Honda dealer but....?
I recently purchased a new Pilot. The staff was very helpful, process went smoothly, and we never felt forced into purchasing. Great experience overall. Updating recommendation from 2017 due to awful experience yesterday. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. We offered them a more than fair deal and their greed prevents them making a deal. They do not have the same people working in there as in 2017 apparently.
