I took my Civic in to get an oil change, and after it was done I went to review the diagnostic report and pay. The service rep said the car looked good except that the passenger side window wasn't working. That was news to me since it worked prior to me brining the car in. The rep said that there wasn't anything he could do to look at it unless I paid another $60 to do a diagnostic on the door. I have question for all you car people out there...we purchased another Honda from Honda Morristown and for the forth time had a pleasant experience. Not complaining....paid the price etc. Julie hit a pothole and the service depart says need a new tire and rim. Thanks. Go ahead and order what we need. The sales men we dealt with was excellent. The parts and service department is beyond HORRIBLE. Don't ever go there to have anything installed. Especially a remote start. They feed us a bunch of bull saying these guys are great and know what their doing. Well a 3 hour job turned into 5 hours and still didn't put the car back together correctly. I have to say worst place ever. Especially the service dept. Now my mechanic Jeff he's awesome and I give him 10 stars but the service dept are the rudest people I have ever met. Was thinking about buying another honda but definitely will not be now cause I won't deal with that. Guess Bob starns will be working on my car from now on.
Very disappointed in the customer service from the sales department. Will not recommend and will deter anyone who mentions looking for a vehicle there.
We were on vacation when our Odyssey broke down. Honda Morristown was willing to stay late and fix it to get us back on the road. In the end we ended purchasing a brand new Odyssey to drive home. The staff at Honda Morristown went above and beyond. Staff stayed late, made sure we were comfortable and helped us get the old van unpacked and new van packed.
