Sadly they know the issue and yet never stepped up to handle it. Promised return call to discuss a resolution hummm still waiting going on 2 days. The whole problem and phone tag has been going on for nearly 2 weeks. Overcharging for the simplest issues and then sending you estimates to replace equipment they had no business inspecting to start with. It had nothing to do with a repair of a toilet. Forcing their techs to find the 3 areas to write, a Quote and try to sell you unnecessary services. Never will use them again. An... read more

I would NEVER refer ANYONE to deal with these people!!! HORRIBLE service!!! They bought my previous company, and I’ve had NOTHING but problems with them, the equipment, and their warranty behind the product. They can’t keep an appointment to save their life, and they wait until AFTER the scheduled time, to even let you know they won’t be out!!!! They put you at the back of the line, for something THEY cancelled. Total disappointment.

I booked an appointment to have my hotwater heater serviced. A simple valve replacement, gave them the error code, make and model. the appointment was between 2 and 4... it's 630 now and I was just told it might take the technician another 30/45 minutes to get here. Apparently my time isn't as important as your answering service proclaims.

After recent HVAC work at our neighbors home, A pipe installed by Horizon Services - Air Conditioning Plumbing & Heating, is forcefully shooting water on to our sidewalk, stairway and home. The water is constant. It drains to our foundation while soaking our property. In the cold it is causing much icing. Also, the acidic furnace condensate has shot out and blasted pedestrians using the sidewalk. I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue easily but they refused to listen. I'm really not sure if I recommend them anymore. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 year, have spent more than $15,000 with them and they cancel a tune up service that was 3 months in the making. they tried to come 2 hours before my appointment time and when I was not able to do that time, I get a call 4 hours later saying I have been canceled. oh and I took off work to be home. Had a really bad experience after our heat stopped working this weekend. We thought we lucked out that Horizon could come out and see what was wrong. When we told friends/family we called Horizon - every one of them warned us to get a second opinion. They came said they couldn’t get it to work, would take 3k worth of repairs and that it would need to be replaced in a month or so. Another company came out and in 2 mins found and hit the thermal reset button on it and our boiler was back up and running. He said the boiler is f... read more

Completely unsafe driver 11/2/22. Can’t read road signs and merge correctly. Almost caused a wreck by cutting me off! Hire competent drivers!!

Horizon has handled my furnace problem so badly. It's hard to imagine how they could have done any worse. 7 days ago I called them about my 5-year old Lennox system that suddenly stopped working. A technician came out and misdiagnosed the problem as a faulty igniter. The technician didn't have an igniter so the next day, they sent another technician out with an igniter. He installed it and lo and behold, that wasn't the problem. Instead it was the entire circuit board that needed to be replaced. They said they didn't have a ... read more
