I was cold called to get my heating and AC serviced. they already serviced my AC so I was like sure. service my heat told them the make, type of fuel etc. was quoted like 90 bucks plus fees etc. change my oil filter. they call and say they are 25 minutes out then call back and ask if I have gas or oil. they knew it was oil then told me it was 290 plus. that's some BS bait and switch. they are not as honest as they present themselves. had they stuck to the original quote I would of paid for any recommendations. my system wor... read more

Horizon services is absolutely horrible and they take advantage of the customers and they have ignorant staff , they don’t come out if you have an emergency and they will lie to you and say nothing is available even if you have a life threatening disability like I do I can tell you that they don’t care and like my last visit on 6/21 the technician was an hour and a half past his time limit he didn’t apologize after he clearly saw I was crying in disgust and because I lost my job interview because he was late. 3rd canceled appointment at 2 different houses for a tune up on my heater. As soon as my warranty is up Horizon will be replaced with a local company with better customer service.

I will never recommend a service that continues to deliver unsolicited mail to my address on a weekly basis. They are primarily salesman in blue collar uniforms, baiting with low-cost and unnecessary tuneup services with the ultimate goal of locking you into a service contract. There are far better small businesses that deliver professional services.

I PRICE GOUGING ALERT*********HORIZON PLUMBING SERVICES Avoid these guys at all costs. I recently got a quote from then for installing a kitchen faucet which I had purchased. This is what they quoted - $1083!!!! Yes you read that right. Shocked, I said to the technician how long would it take? Approx an hour? He said yes. I asked him to leave. Someone then recommended Bryan Stuckert. I called them, he came out the following day and installed my new faucet for $186. I cant tell you how disgusted I am at Horizon. Wha... read more

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business or contractors. First, I was charged over $5000 to have a toilet and sink installed. Horizon opened my walls and left everything exposed because according to them. They “don’t do drywall.” I had to pay another $2000 to a different contractor to fix that. A couple weeks later, water started pouring into my (newly floored) garage from the work site. After numerous calls, someone was sent out to my residence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING HORIZON HVAC SERVICE FOR HVAC SYSTEM INSTALLATION FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS. I see all the comments about how much Horizon cares about making customers happy and would like to discuss the issue(s) causing dissatisfaction. They like to tout their "100 % Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" that after 7 1/2 months, repeated repair attempts, being lied to by the salesman and lied to and shunned by the Customer Relations Manager and told by her that our problems were not Horizon's and they would do nothing ... read more

Your website boasts 24/7 emergency services , no matter if it’s a holiday, or weekend. We tried calling today , at 2:30 pm and were told emergency services don’t exist. We had to wait until Monday to get an appointment. (Which we obviously aren’t doing, we will find a reputable company) It’s incredibly disappointing, hot out, young kids in the house, and the services you have in bold print all over your website aren’t true.
