I would never recommend this company, they are a dupe company. Made an appointment for today, Sunday, May 22, 2022 through their online platform. I get a call at 8am on the day of the service call, to tell me they are canceling my appointment for clients with no A/C, I had a service tune up scheduled. I ask, if I had no A/C would you come out now. The person tells me yes we will come out but the charge is substantially more. So my service call I scheduled got bumped for higher paying jobs. I leave it to you whether you wish to work with this company. They recently bought Level Home Services in Maryland with whom I had been very pleased. I had a maintenance contract with Level Home which provided twice a year maintenance with filter replacements. They were great. During my first service call with Horizon, I was told that the filters were not included (which they eventually admitted they were) and that my UV lights needed to be replaced as were two contact switches. I have been trying to have a resolution for the dryer that was broken during a gas repair with nothing but different people kindly pushing me off. Yesterday on 5/5 I find out there’s still a gas leak. Lilly (supervisor) said she will speak to her manager and call me back if not by the end of the day tomorrow 5/6/2022. I never received a call. I don't like deceptive advertising. They mail out what looks like a government check at a time when, particularly older folks, are looking for their tax refund check. When opening the envelope only to discover a come on ad, I initially thought it was from a used car dealer! The ad worked though, now I know who to NEVER CALL!

This place is the worst!! So money hungry. They quoted me anywhere from $2500-7500 for a water heater replacement. Got it all fixed for $650 installed. So shady.

I have no idea about their services but if you don't want the kids in your neighborhood or your own kids to get run over I would not call them out. Tonight around 7:00pm, in Walkersville, MD, I watched a driver for this company driving entirely on the wrong side of the road almost hitting another driver head on. He continued on and again drifted to the left side of the road as he held a device in both of his hands. Very very dangerous. Worst customer ever. I had an issue with my heat pump that they installed which was resolved by their tech, but the issue I had could have been resolved after the first service call under their contract I had to get for $159.00 a year. I left a message on here and messenger asking for a call back, No one called. It seems they only care about service calls. I believe I waisted a lot of money over the years I have had the heat pump because of how the thermostat was set up and no one each time they came out looked at it! Stil... read more
