I guess he needed to talk to the man of the house and the little lady was good enough even though she mows the lawn, takes care of the pool as well as other stuff. Thought it was 2021 not 1950. Not using Horizon.

Overpriced. Do not agree to the first quote. Chances are they’re trying to rip you off. Call around for pricing. Only use in an extreme emergency.

I scheduled an appointment online for hvac services. Then I went back online and rescheduled to a more convenient time and I called customer service to cancel the original appointment. The dispatcher told me that the online appointment service does not always schedule an appointment even though you get a confirmation email because the scheduling calendar does not match up with what appointments they actually have. Purchased a brand new heat pump system less than 2 years ago from Horizon. It's not working at all,, it's currently 85 degrees in our house and the company who constantly boasts about their 24/( emergency service says the earliest someone can come is 5 days!? That's perfect in the middle of the summer for my wife who's 7 months pregnant with twins. Absolutely insane.

Our unit isn't cooling like it is suppose to, so my wife called to schedule a tune up. Worst company! Unreliable and incompetent! Our HVAC motor went bad in the middle of a heat wave. Horizon comes out yesterday gives us a quote and said they would call us first thing in the morning to verify if the warehouse has the part. Tech said that he would be able to come out today to fix it if the part was in stock. Never received a call and when we called Horizon they said the tech is on another job and "maybe" they can send someone out at 6pm. How does this help us in the middle of heat wave?!!
