We scheduled our cleaning 3 months ago and they called day of service because of other calls and wanted to reschedule in a few weeks I had taken off work called another vendor and was Happy with outcome

They have service problems They were scheduled out so far in advance that it took me 9 months to get on their schedule for my heater maintenance. When the day arrived I received a call saying they could not come out and wanted to reschedule the end of March. As you might imagine I was very upset and told them it was not acceptable. The agent said sorry best she could do. I asked to speak with a manager but was told none were available. I have been a very loyal customer of Horizon for well over a decade (maybe closer to 2 decades) and have always received prompt and excellent service. Imagine my surprise when I called today to schedule my annual tuneup appointment and was told the soonest appointment was MARCH 1st 2022!!! I was also informed that instead of ONE yearly tuneup for my system I would need to schedule TWO appointments each year: One for heating and one for air conditioning. Horizon, don't bump people off your schedule! This happened twice this year! My furnace was supposed to be serviced yesterday. I waited for you, then the phone rang and I was told, "We'll have to move you to the next available appointment which is in March. Just call us if you have a problem with the system". Yes, so you said. - Dear Horizon, I paid for that maintenance plan, so I won't have any problems!!! You seem to focus on sales and costly repairs and don't care about your faithful customers!

I called weeks ago to schedule a furnace tuneup and the first appointment they could give me was for today between 10-2. I just received a call that they have to cancel and are scheduling out in JANUARY. I’ve been a long-term customer of Horizon, and this is unacceptable. I understand that many companies are under-staffed, but don’t make commitments you can’t keep. Since I can no longer count on them, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Horizon you should be ashamed of yourselves!! This is an 83 year old woman who still has NO RESOLUTION!! Today marks day 8 for me to be without heat and hot water. In August of 2015 or 2016 Horizon installed anew baseboard hot water boiler & hot water heater. Our previous interaction with this company had been positive and subsequent visits also. I have been without heat & hot water since last Tuesday 10/19/21. Today is 10/24/21. I understand you needed a part on Tuesday but a company such as yours , which installed both of these things should have access to your supplier unless your using repurposed materials. The heater you replaced was 47 yrs old. If you told you couldn’t find a part or had to order one I would understand. This heater was installed in2015-2016. Hello, I’m not sure who to address this to. I bought this house and have tried to continue services with your company since the previous owner utilized your services. I read mixed reviews re: your company but decided to give you a try. I initially book and appointment fro this past Thursday 10/21/21 between 4-8pm. This company scammed me out of money and provided no service whatsoever. In fact, I fixed the issue myself after they left my home. Upon calling for refund I was talked to like I was an idiot by a man in "customer service". They have since been giving my husband the run around in reference to issuing a refund. 3 different people have been contacted. Each time we are told it will be taken care of and we will hear back and each time nothing happens. Go somewhere else.
