My husband and I had a brand new air conditioning unit installed not even a full year ago and it doesn't work. I'm 7 months pregnant and have two small children and they are now telling me they can't even get someone over here to fix it for almost 2 weeks, absolutely insane and terrible service. I will definitely not be recommending anyone use your services in the future.
We had our unit installed less than a year ago. This company does horrible work. Our system has already had a refrigerant leak less than 6 months after install. When the install crew came they left our house a disaster. They had to send another crew out to fix all the mistakes that were made. They did install the conduit correctly and water got into it and leaked into my electrical panel in my house. Be careful when setting up an appointment with is company was told over the phone that they could not give pricing over the phone to install a smart thermostat. They would not even give me a starting or a max price. All they wanted was there dispatch fee for coming out. Was told over the phone that would be $79 but then was told $95 when they were here which I refused to pay bc all the info they gave me they could have easily given me over the phone. Great installers but my system has been down more times than I can count. A tech accidentally did not tighten a cap and all my refrigerant leaked out ( I’m sure that didn’t damage my compressor lol). Now my system is down again with no tech for at least 24 hours. My system is under 4 years old. Buy from another company , you’ll be better off in the long run
they didnt bother showing up to give us an estimate for replacing a heat pump....guess they dont need the business
Needed to have a plumber out...of course things can never be 100% and something has to go in a home. I had an appointment today which Horizon cancelled very last minute due to the weather, despite the snow ending fairly recently. I live alone and work 6 days a week, roughly 8-8. So it is difficult when they offer a “4 hour window for an appointment” due to this. I chose a Sunday appointment because it is my only day off. However, they were not able to accommodate me by providing me with a more narrow window for an appointment during the week (say, 8-9am). Only good thing is that they sent someone out immediately even after calling at 9p.m. on a Saturday the tech was here at 8 a.m. Sunday morning he was easy going and polite and it was a free inspection...but, My main issue is that i was told the inducer motor was seized which was the problem, but they didnt have one and i was told that the techs vehicle is fully stocked with these parts.
