This is the worst app ever. Sometimes it will take days to get on. Customer service is also very unprofessional never help you troubleshoot to resolve the issue.

I usually have to clear cache and data on the app for it to work. plus the controller unit outside is not stable either. I have to try multiple times to stop the pump before it works. It's not a Wi-Fi issue - the router is literally on the other side of the wall where the controller is mounted. I don't have any issues with anything sitting much farther away - like cameras. When it does work it's a nice feature to have. Update 1/21/2024: I have a ticket to your support team as suggested.

The app fails all the time.... I open the app select the system and nothing happens.... I have uninstalled the app reinstalled the app,Wi-Fi signal is good sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't....
