    I would steer clear if iAquilink. Not user friendly with a barely average interface.

    The app has issues connecting with the pool vac frequently.

    the problem is the signal is there, the device is always green, it is either the app or the software on the device that leads to issues. with all the issues the device always shows green in the app.

    candies service department is the worst they never call you back I've had nothing but problems with my system since 2018 can't get anything done who was built in 2018 and ready to replace the pump the brain is going bad the lights gone just the LED light is 1100 just to buy it is absolutely ridiculous

    App does not work properly. When selecting to do ANY function, the stop option has disappeared. Many times, it needs to be closed and reopened when trying to use the remote feature while showing everything is connected properly, after the last 2 updates, it's trash. Sad, it once worked perfectly.

    App sux... Freezes Up, can't control our cleaner. Update 5-24-25...still Sux, when selecting the option floor or floor/wall and selecting save... you have to do it several times before it catches on. Then, when you select start, it doesn't show that it started with the clock count down...SMH You have yo close the app and reopen it. but still, at times, it still doesn't display it running 😕 not impressed, the cleaner Epic 8642 is fair but the cable fails just outside of the 2 yr warranty..WTH

    The UI/UX team should be fired. This app feels like 25 year old programming. The "web" portion of the app never works. Why not have that in the app? When I launch the app 9 times out of 10, I have to close and relaunch so it will open. Making changes to anything is a difficult task.

    It crashes too much
