App and systems work FLAWLESSLY! I have been installing the Jandy and pentair systems for about 15 years. Nothing but issue after issue with the pentair systems and apps! The iAquaLink app has been SOOOO much more reliable and the systems just ACTUALLY WORK! If you are on the fence about it, I beg you to AVOID THE PENTAIR AUTOMATION! Their regular pumps and filters are great! Automation systems and variable speed pumps, PURE JUNK! This is hundreds of systems worth of experience speaking.

Worked fantasticly with iPhone device, have just changed to android device and app does not work correctly timer function no longer works no stop function on lift effectively have no communication with machine via app. Although the app will make it start I only worked this out by standing beside the pool when activating the app. Very dissatisfied.

I tried to register with 3 different emails, all of which are apparently already registered but won't receive password change emails no matter what. Not to mention it's crazy they have to have my exact address, email address, my legal name and my phone number so I can adjust some switches. I'm not the entire industry but I will never install another control panel like this again. The convenience this provides the customer is nowhere near worth it and most of them don't even care

antiquated system. time for a stable update
The software has a glitch. it will FAIL on if the power goes off and on. It turns on the pump when not expected.
App used to work. Now it hardly ever connects. If it does it doesn't show if pool cleaner has started on app. App just keeps showing its idle not on. App needs a lot fixed.

Not interactive with Google voice and missing many of the programming features of the remote and web apps.

Called customer support for help as the unit doesn't keep a connection with the internet and was told my extender is too powerful for the unit. I have reset so many times its ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this system wish I could get my money back
