Very slow and unresponsive. Would be better if there was an option to connect to devices locally than through a slow overburdened server half a world away. Have to tap multiple times and manually refresh to get my device started/stopped, takes around ½-1 minute. Not a good experience. Web interface/ home assistant integration also doesn't work due to lag.

Difficult to use, even after professional setup. I have only been able to successfully operate my heater a handful of times before it stops responding again.

App seems slick but you have to access a clunky, outdated, and unintuitive web site for all the features. Very awkward, especially in this day and age. Once you get used to it, you can make it work but it took me a lot of trial and error.

Loses wifi often, for hours. Reconnects most of the time. No other devices lose connectivity. This rudimentary app needs work.

I don't think my previous review was specific enough, so I'm revising it. This app is incredibly slow and difficult to use. The UI is not intuitive in the least. Programming it to run on a schedule requires opening a web app that looks like it was programmed in the 90's. As a companion app to an extremely expensive pool system, I would expect a better level of design that doesn't require lessons and extreme patience to use.
