So for the last couple of months it will do the spinning thing. Close it and open it several times. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it doesn't. Now since yesterday it says my session has expired and makes me login again.
Inconsistent connection and filled with bugs. The worst is when it ghosts, and starts opening and closing menus, or clicking buttons while you just look at the screen. Maybe not the app only issue, as it will do it on the computer as well. Try calling tech support and you get no answer. Since they were acquired by a Mexico based firm they really suck. Buy Hayward IMHO. This is a year long issue and I have been told I would be contacted only to be ghosted or sit on hold for 1+ hour...
I had my system since 2020 worked 100%, This summer since update can not get system to connect at all have Uninstalled and reinstall over 5 times system will not connect. Please reset your app back to 2020 system. Paid to much money for this machine, Started out as a 5 star now 2 star convenience is worth its weight in gold
Fine when it works. Been using for a year. Lately every other time I try to use it I get the whirling thing indicating that its trying to update or make contact. Close it, retry, doesn't matter. It just keeps saying "Last updated X minutes ago". Not very useful when I have to wait 40 minutes til it snaps out of this problem. Can access on web, but thats cumbersome. That interface really needs an update.
Stating there is a firmware update error - I have cleared the cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Any help will be appreciated.
A budget bin app that they put little to no thought into over all these years. No dark mode, no customization, it's clunky, the web interface is fully featured but is nothing like this junk app for your expensive pool system. No widgets either, disappointing.
Literally can't even sign up in the app it's broken and says email already registered no matter what email I put in which I've never used anything with this company before
the android app is showing isn't what it used to be. I can start the cleaner, but it never shows the time left... just spins. also the 2am schedule on every day now all the sudden starts at 6am... recreating the schedules doesn't help and I can't find anywhere a setting showing the local system time.
Terrible connection issues.
