looses connection constantly
It "works," but the functionality is limited, it's clunky with the required web interface and it's super slow.
Poor interface and way to complex to set up, pool company wants a service call every issue

This app is horrible, I've had it installed for less than 24 hours and it won't work! It's not connecting to my system to let me turn off my outdoor light! I can't even get the manual to shut it off! Also I turned on my pools heater and it didn't register I had turned the heat up from 80-90.

very complicated to change wifi password

app is not very stable. constantly restarts.
Hard to Install. I worked on this for hours. In order to get my Polaris pool vac to sink up with the app I had to bring the main control unit inside and place it next to my wifi tower. Then I had to shut off the Polaris controller and than back on several times in order for my wifi to see it. Either an issue with the controller or the app. Persistence and just refusing to give up is the only reason it finally worked.
