Just had $120k pool built and this system installed. I requested and paid alot to be able to control everything via my phone. This app is a joke. Like most have stated you have a "web" button to push that takes you to a decade or more old system. Why can't you pay a good developer to develop a regular state of the art app like most everything else we as humans control over our phones? I mean its not that hard. This is just ridiculous. Develop a new app!

This is the worst app ive ever used, who ever designed and programed this app should be fired and the co should hire an actual programer to make this app right, we put in a $150k pool with all the bells and whistles for the pool and spa, and i have to control it all with this brick of an app! Is there an alternative app that works? App always has connection issues im always having to go out to manually turns things on and off cause the app is always having connection issues, it constantly loads.

App worked well for me but when i installed the app it seemed that a heap of junk advertising came with it,every time i opened my phone it always opened with an advert. My phone did not do this before installing this app. Cheers

As noted by both Boyd and Kael this app is terrible. Does not consistently load on an Android mobile device in order to control the spa or pool functions. Works fine via a laptop or Ipad, which means if you want to control your spa while using the spa, you're out of luck. Unless of course you want to drag your iOS devices out to the spa with you.
