I must Uninstal then reinstall this program every other day . Well, what ever you did changed things. I can't even log in now. Nothing is working , boy a guy would think 2 grand would buy somthing at least a year. 01,10, 21 well now even when I reinstall it it won't work. It is really a mess, to have a state of the art pool and a half working app. After every update you have to log in again. Just not friendly as you have to hit a web button that takes you to a screen from 15 years ago to navigate settings. Guess i am stuck with it as pool companies install it and have no idea how it works either.

Terrible app and connectivity!! I would say that 1 out of every 5 times that I try to connect to the iAquaLink to control my pool I can not even connect, none the less control my pool at all. They need to make major changes/upgrades.

Every couple of days the app just spins around and nothing happens. I have to Uninstall and re-install for it to work again.

Difficult to navigate. If the wifi signal drops before saving setting you have to reset the system - poor design. Where is the user guide?

UPDATE: 12/26/20 My app logs in but never loads my system, just shows the loading circle icon. The website always seems to work but is not mobile friendly.😞 Today I experienced a failure logging in and the warning message wasn't accurate. It complained that I had the wrong credentials, when an outage of the cloud system was the cause. Perhaps a clearer message to relay the info would be better for the user. Also, are there plans to make the app completely native and not use webviews?
