    The app in general is pretty damn good. I have it hooked up through my iPad, my Control4 home automation and through an 2 year old Android tablet. However, I just bought a new Samsung Tablet A which is running Android 9 and the app is not compatible with this tablet for some reason. Don't know why - maybe someone can tell me why since the requirements say it requires Android 5.0 or above.     stopped working and cant login anymore

    App crashes at startup every time. Then starts working. System goes offline and I think it's my wifi when it's really their service but the app doesn't tell you that! Very old and outdated interface to set various options. Hire some better programmers who know how to design cloud based solutions.

    Won't stay logged in. Constantly asks for password, then gives error message... "Oops something went wrong". One of the worst apps I ever used!

    Crashes constantly. Need to quit and restart every time I launch.

    Doesn't recognize password. Reset password twice and still doesn't work. Removed and reinstalled and still doesn't log in.

    Just suddenly, will not recognize my login. I have done 5 password resets. I can access pool on web portal.

    All I see is the Jandy/zodiac pump schedule and rpms and not any other features like temperature, lights, chlorine levels that it shows in the Playstore.
