Update 5/25/20 the new app revision went back to old boring style screen. Put in new router for better signal and that worked for the intermittent disconnect issues but with the latest android phone update and new app version now I'm back to the same old boring screen. And it is buggy and inconsistent now to turn on and off alll my features on the Rs 24. What happened?

Wow.. 2 apps in one with the web interface... How about bringing this ap into the modern age and blending all the app functionality into a single package. The web interface is horrible to navigate on a phone, even when it stays connected. Ugh... Kinda regretting I spent $1200+ on a new control board to get this wireless capabiliy through this poor excuse of an ap.

When I got new phone Samsung A50 cannot connect the robot. Says no internet connection. Worked fine with my wahwee phone I was able to link it to my Ipad and it is working now

This app worked fine several years ago when I first got it. However, it has not worked on my Android since Android 9.0. their new interface on the app just hangs and crashes the controller. If I navigate to the web interface (the old clunky app) it works just fine, so it's not WiFi strength, configuration etc, it's clearly an app problem they refuse to fix/make work with newer versions of Android.

Crashes often. Using Android ver 10. Crashed as well in 9. Consistently disconnects with internet since May 21 upgrade. Extremely frustrating.

When I try to pair and connect my Exo iQ18 to iAquaLink the following happens: 1. I have my phone connected to the network I want to connect the Exo iQ18 to. 2. I press and hold the Up Arrow and OK button until the WiFi light starts flashing. 3. I open the iAquaLink app and press the + to add a new system. 4. I connect my phone to "Chlorinator" network. 5. App says "Success!" the prompts me to select network, I select the network my phone was previously connected to, and enter the passphrase. (Which I know I enter correctly)... read more
