Constantly disconnecting

Crashes 100% of the time. New versions have gotten more and more unstable. Can't run the app for more than 20 minutes without it crashing and having to start over. App does not match the screen captures show for the app. It works when it runs, but overall very frustrating.

Useless. App won't connect to the very expensive pool cleaner. Tried on 4 mobile devices. Support don't reply. Going to return it and go for a Dolphin cleaner instead.

Going through the set-up procedure was painful. At each step, the app hung up, had to be closed, restarted and each step performed again. At least when the steps were performed the subsequent time, they worked but then the next step hung up. Go back to start, (I felt like the game Snakes and Ladders), repeat all the steps, etc.. Remote control could be more sensitive. Unit cleaned the pool well, app could be improved.

It's constantly crashing and saying lost connection. Even if I'm right next to my WiFi. Very frustrating. Also the switches have a mind of this own. For example, I turn the pump off and it goes back on 5-10 times. Very buggy. I rely on this forsomething that's supposed to bring me pleasure and it just brings me a lot of frustration. I just ran the update, so I hope that will help. These problems have been consistent though for the last couple of years. I hope you can make this work better.
